Skatepark Kutina

In Kutina, an irregularly shaped skate park (approx. 475 m²) was built, with 6 concrete ramps and a connecting riding surface.

In Kutina (plot no. 5235/1, Kutina cadastral municipality), an irregularly shaped skate park covering approx. 475 m² was built, measuring approx. 38.00 × 12.50 m. Six ramps and a connecting riding surface were constructed, made of concrete on a compacted base. The surrounding green area was graded to blend with the ramps, eliminating the need for fencing due to height differences.

Skatepark Slavonski Brod

In Slavonski Brod, a public skate park of irregular shape covering approx. 380 m² was built.

In Slavonski Brod, a skate park for public use was built, irregularly shaped, covering approx. 380 m². Ramps and a connecting riding surface were constructed, made of concrete on a compacted base. The skate park was built as an extension of the existing skate park, allowing for future functional additions.

Skate and BMX park Vukovar

In Vukovar (Olajnica), a children's playground with a BMX park was built, irregularly shaped (approx. 420 m²), next to the existing skate park on the southeast side.

In Vukovar, Olajnica district (plot no. 1705/16, Vukovar cadastral municipality), a children's playground with a BMX park for public and future preschool use was built, irregularly shaped, covering approx. 420 m², adjoining the existing skate park on the southeast side. Ramps and a connecting riding surface were constructed, made of concrete on a compacted base. Vehicle access is from the north, pedestrian access from the south. The surrounding green area was graded and landscaped to match the surrounding terrain (footpaths, parking areas, green areas) and the BMX park, with the riding surface slopes designed to drain clean stormwater toward the surrounding green belt within the plot.

Skatepark Zaprešić - bowl/pool

In Zaprešić (Kolodvorska Street), a bowl/pool-type skate park was built, covering approx. 1,154 m² total, divided into two functional units with approx. 520 m² of ramps and riding surfaces.

In Zaprešić, Kolodvorska Street (plot no. 1464/7, Zaprešić cadastral municipality), a sports ground with a skate park for public use was built, covering approx. 1,154 m² in total, divided into two independent functional units – east and west. The skate park is irregularly shaped, covering approx. 520 m² (approx. 156 m² in the east unit and approx. 364 m² in the west unit). Ramps and a connecting riding surface were constructed, made of concrete on a compacted base. Vehicle and pedestrian access is provided from the east via Kolodvorska Street, and from the streets bordering the site to the north and south. The surrounding green area was graded to blend with the ramps, eliminating the need for fencing due to height differences.

Roundabout Vukovar

A connecting road was built, and the intersection of Bana J. Jelačića, Trg Slavije and Šamac streets was reconstructed into a roundabout, together with the reconstruction of pedestrian and cycle paths and public lighting within the project area.

A new connecting road was built from the transformer station near the intersection towards the Danube, along with a two-way cycling path and a pedestrian path with public lighting. Due to the terrain configuration in the existing ravine, reinforced-concrete retaining walls were built to stabilize the slopes in the loess material. The existing cycling and pedestrian infrastructure on Trg Slavije, Bana J. Jelačića and Šamac streets was connected to the newly designed paths. Public lighting in the project area, especially around the new roundabout, was reconstructed and extended. The width of the traffic lanes at the roundabout approaches was matched to the design vehicle – a truck with trailer on the Trg Slavije–Bana J. Jelačića section, and a truck on the other approaches. Splitter islands at the roundabout entries were built with different geometries depending on their position within the intersection. New horizontal and vertical traffic signage was installed, and the traffic, pedestrian and cycling surfaces were finished with asphalt. Stormwater drainage is handled by a closed drainage system on traffic surfaces, while pedestrian and cycling surfaces mostly drain into the green strip.

Football field Velika

An auxiliary football field on artificial turf was built within the Sports and Recreation Centre of the Municipality of Velika, with protective nets behind the goals to HNS and UEFA regulations.

An auxiliary football field on artificial turf, measuring 60 × 97 m, was built within the Sports and Recreation Centre of the Municipality of Velika (Zvonimirova 1a), with a 5 m wide artificial turf safety strip around the field, built-in drainage, and protective nets 7.8 m high on lattice steel posts, to HNS and UEFA regulations.

The field structure consists of a 6 cm artificial turf layer filled with quartz sand and SBR granules, on aggregate base layers, geotextile and a subgrade with a built-in stormwater drainage system.

Sports facilities Velika primary school IGK

Sports facilities were built in the yard of the Ivan Goran Kovačić Elementary School in Velika – an athletics track with field event areas, plus courts for basketball, handball, five-a-side football, volleyball, "graničar" and an outdoor fitness area.

Sports facilities were built in the yard of the Ivan Goran Kovačić Elementary School in Velika (Trg Josipa bana Jelačića 7, plot no. 889/1, Velika cadastral municipality) – an athletics track with field event areas, plus sports courts for basketball, handball, five-a-side football, volleyball, "graničar" and an outdoor fitness area.

The athletics track consists of four circular running lanes 333 m long and six 100 m straight lanes, finished with a 13 mm permeable synthetic surface to IAAF standards. Facilities for pole vault, long jump and high jump were built in the western semicircle, while the shot put area was built east of it.

The basketball court (28 × 15 m, with a 2 m safety zone) was built on the eastern side within the athletics track, with a 16 mm synthetic surface to FIBA standards. West of it, a handball court (20 × 40 m, with a 2 m side safety zone and 3 m behind the goals) was built with a 1 mm impermeable acrylic surface to IHF standards. A five-a-side football pitch (20 × 40 m) was built on the western side, with 3.8 mm artificial turf filled with quartz sand and SBR granules to FIFA standards, and a volleyball court (18 × 9 m, with a 4 m side safety zone and 6 m behind the service lines) was built west of it, with a 16 mm surface to FIVB standards. A "graničar" court (24 × 15 m) was built on the southeastern side, while an outdoor fitness area with exercise equipment was built on artificial turf with a quartz sand infill (24 × 15 m).

Behind the handball, five-a-side football and volleyball courts, a 5.0 m high protective net of PP mesh on aluminum posts was installed. A 2.0-3.5 m wide pedestrian path finished with concrete pavers was built between the courts, connecting the school to the sports facilities. A 1.8 m high panel fence was installed along the eastern, northern and western edges of the plot to control access to the area.

Skatepark Fažana version 1

In Fažana (Pula Road), a skate park for public use was built, covering approx. 1,250 m², with grandstands, supporting facilities and a parking area.

Ramps and a connecting riding surface were constructed, made of concrete on a compacted base. Vehicle and pedestrian access is provided from the north via Ulica braće Ilić (Fratelli Ilić Street) and from the south via Pula Road (Via Pola).

Reinforced-concrete grandstands measuring 25.04 × 8.40 m were built on the north side of the skate park. Beneath the grandstands are the supporting facilities: a restroom group (men's and women's WC and an accessible WC for people with disabilities and reduced mobility) and auxiliary rooms (storage, utility room), with a total usable area of 87.75 m².

A parking area was built with 15 perpendicular parking spaces (2.50 × 5.00 m), one of which is reserved for people with disabilities and reduced mobility (1.50+2.50 × 5.0 m). The parking area is accessible from the north directly from Ulica braće Ilić, and from the south via a newly built access road connecting to Pula Road.

Fortress Slavonski Brod

Football field Marsonija Slavonski Brod

In Slavonski Brod (Šetalište braće Radić 25), artificial-turf sports fields were built – an auxiliary full-size football field and a five-a-side football pitch, with protective nets, lighting and landscaping to HNS and UEFA regulations.

An auxiliary full-size football field measuring 64 × 100 m was built on artificial turf, with built-in drainage, protective nets 7.8 m high behind both goals, and lighting. The field structure consists of a 6.2 cm artificial turf layer filled with quartz sand and SBR granules, on aggregate base layers, geotextile and a subgrade with a stormwater drainage system.

South of the full-size football field, a football pitch measuring 40 × 50 m was built on artificial turf, marked with lines for two five-a-side pitches (20 × 40 m), with drainage, a protective net around the entire pitch, and lighting. The pitch structure consists of a 3.3 cm artificial turf layer filled with quartz sand and EPDM granules, with an SBR shock-absorbing layer, aggregate base layers, geotextile and a subgrade with a stormwater drainage system.

Bridge Glogovica version 1

In Slavonski Brod, a pedestrian/bicycle overpass was built across the railway line (Variant 1): a 161.26 m south section with a 6.45 m elevation change on piers, and a 238.10 m spiral north ramp with a 9 m elevation change, together with a lift and staircase tower for vertical access.

The south section of the bridge is 161.26 m long with a 6.45 m elevation change, with the deck structure on piers, running from elevation 97.80 m above sea level to 104.30 m. A horizontal span structure about 22.00 m long was built across the railway tracks at elevation 104.30 m. The north section was built as a two-level, radially rising structure with an outer diameter of 20 m, geometrically shaped like an Archimedean spiral, 238.10 m long with a 9 m elevation change, from elevation 95.30 m to 104.30 m; the outer band carries the bicycle path (inner radius 17.5 m), and the inner band the pedestrian path, with a 3.78% longitudinal slope. In this variant, both the bicycle and pedestrian paths connect to Željeznička ulica on both sides. A vertical-access tower with a lift and staircase was built within the railway corridor (plot no. 5020, Slavonski Brod cadastral zone), shaped as a cylinder with the lift on its axis and the staircase along its outer faces, topped with a dome or a cascading structure of circular rings. Part of the access path to the lift and staircase runs beneath the bicycle overpass and pedestrian footbridge, built with a vertical structure of piers between which the path passes. The cantilever details of the horizontal deck structure and piers, the textures and shades of the cladding, and the railing structure were designed with particular attention to the building's visual identity.

Bridge Glogovica version 2

In Slavonski Brod, a pedestrian/bicycle overpass was built across the railway line (Variant 2): a 161.26 m south section with a 6.45 m elevation change on piers, and a 225 m north section with a 9 m elevation change, together with a lift and staircase tower for vertical access.

The north section was built as a combination of a semicircular rising structure with an outer diameter of 20.0 m and a linear structure with an outer diameter of 20 m, from elevation 95.30 m to 104.30 m, with a total length of 225 m and a 9 m elevation change measured along the bicycle path axis. After the horizontal span structure across the tracks, the north section descends using the geometry carried over from Variant "1": a straight run of 22.0 m, then a curve with an outer diameter of 20.0 m (arc length 51.10 m, angle 158°), continuing for 7.8 m, and then a reverse curve bringing it parallel to Željeznička ulica. In this variant, the bicycle and pedestrian paths connect to Željeznička ulica on one side only, at the intersection with Tadije Smičiklasa ulica. A vertical-access tower with a lift and staircase was built within the railway corridor (plot no. 5020, Slavonski Brod cadastral zone), shaped as a cylinder with the lift on its axis and the staircase along its outer faces. Part of the access path to the lift and staircase runs beneath the bicycle overpass and pedestrian footbridge, built with a vertical structure of piers between which the path passes.

Promenade Rika Kutjevo

The bed, banks and access path along the Kutjevačka Rika stream in Kutjevo (M. Gupca and Z. Turkovića streets) were regulated, with a total access path length of about 1,381 m, together with a new pedestrian bridge and landscaping.

The bed, banks and access path along the Kutjevačka Rika stream in Kutjevo were regulated: the watercourse was fixed and its banks stabilized, a multi-purpose access path was built continuously along the entire stream, and the riverside greenery was landscaped. The access path was built to a total length of about 1,381 m – along the left bank, along Zdenka Turkovića and Matije Gupca streets, about 1,220 m, and along the right bank, along A. Starčevića and Augusta Šenoe streets, about 161 m. The project was divided into seven characteristic sections, each built as an independent functional and design unit. The 1.5 m wide access path was built as a multi-purpose pedestrian path — a promenade — with circular rest areas 6.0 m in diameter at its start and end, and additional rest areas with benches along the way. In the southern part of the project, at the location of Ante Starčevića Street, a 4.0 m wide pedestrian bridge was built, connecting the left and right banks. The promenade's final surface is concrete pavers, while the rest areas are finished with granite setts; the edge steps of the amphitheater-like descent toward the watercourse were built as reinforced-concrete beams with smooth-formwork visible surfaces. Transparent metal fences were installed, along with benches with and without backrests featuring wooden slats on a metal frame, and galvanized steel waste bins. The existing quality trees (50 trees) were retained, 45 new trees were planted along the access path and 11 at the initial rest areas, and the remaining open areas were grassed.

Greta Park Kutjevo

In Kutjevo, Greta's Park was landscaped along with its surrounding roads and stormwater drainage, access roads for parking areas were built (34 spaces, including 2 for disabled visitors and one EV charging spot), and a themed educational path, the "Kutjevo Wine Time Machine", was installed within the park.

The project consists of two functional units – the park with its surrounding roads, stormwater drainage and public lighting, and the parking access roads with their own stormwater drainage and public lighting.

The park is named after Baroness Greta Turković, a sculptor and versatile artist who illustrated the Ampelographic Atlas of her husband Zdenko Turković, a renowned Croatian ampelographer. The park occupies an elongated north–south strip, 23-30 m wide and about 205 m long. A themed educational path, the "Kutjevo Wine Time Machine", winds through the park in seven thematic sections: a grapevine pergola, the area of St. Joseph's chapel, a presentation of Ampelographic Atlas I, an amphitheater-style viewing area with a summer stage, a presentation of Ampelographic Atlas II, and a children's playground. A signage and interpretation system telling the centuries-long story of Kutjevo's wine-growing history was established along the path.

On the park's south side, a road with two branches leading to parking areas was built, with perpendicular parking spaces measuring 2.5×5.0 m and an exit onto Republike Hrvatske Street, along with a road on Otok Street ending in a paved turning area since it is a dead-end street. Pedestrian paths finished in asphalt and large-format concrete slabs were built within the park, together with reinforced-concrete retaining walls along the eastern side of the site. A new stormwater drainage system was built, comprising catch basins, polymer-concrete linear grates, manholes and an oil/light-liquids separator before discharge into the Kutjevačka Rika stream, while some water from the pedestrian surfaces drains into the surrounding green belt. An existing chapel with a cross stands within the park. The parking lot has a total of 34 spaces, including 2 for disabled visitors connected to the pedestrian surfaces, and one space equipped with an EV charging station.

Football Field Križevci

In Križevci, within the Križevci Sports and Recreation Centre, an auxiliary full-size football field on artificial turf was built, with lighting and protective nets.

In Križevci, on the northwestern part of the Križevci Sports and Recreation Centre (SRC Križevci), an auxiliary full-size football field measuring 60 × 100 m was built, oriented north-south, with 5 m safety zones and 3.0 + 2.0 m side zones. The field's final surface is artificial turf.

Access to the field from the public area is from the south, for both vehicles and pedestrians (plot no. 790 and via plot no. 786/1, Križevci cadastral municipality). No spectator stands were built alongside the field. On the north and south sides of the field, 5.0 m beyond the outer line, a protective net 7.82 m high was installed, suspended from steel posts by cables. The site is enclosed by panel fencing 1.50 m high wherever no existing structures are present.

Stormwater drainage from the field is achieved by percolation through the field's layers into a newly built drainage system, connected via new stormwater piping and manholes to the existing stormwater drainage chamber within SRC Križevci.

Roundabout Tena

The intersection of Vukovarska, Pilareva and Borovska streets was built into a roundabout, together with pedestrian and cycle paths and public lighting within the project area.

Construction was carried out on Vukovarska Street from the junction with S. Marjanovića Street in the north to the start of the longitudinal parking bays by the SRC Klasje sports center in the south, adding a total of 24 new longitudinal parking spaces. On Borovska Street, the works start about 50 m from the pedestrian crossing at the main intersection, on the western side of the public car park exit at SRC Klasje, while on Pilareva Street they start on the eastern side of the exit from the Slavonija I neighborhood. Lane widths at the roundabout approaches were kept or widened, with a minimum width of 3.55 m on Borovska Street. Pedestrian and shared pedestrian-cycling paths in the intersection area were reconstructed and adapted to the new layout while keeping their minimum widths, and the public lighting was reconstructed as well. Traffic and pedestrian surfaces were finished with asphalt, with stormwater drainage handled by a closed system on traffic surfaces and by drainage into the green strip from pedestrian surfaces. New vertical and horizontal traffic signage was installed, coordinated with the existing signage in the project area.

FOOTBALL FIELDS VELIKA

Within the Sports and Recreation Centre of the Municipality of Velika, the main full-size football field on natural (hybrid) grass and a five-a-side football pitch on artificial turf were rehabilitated, with new drainage and irrigation installations.

Within the Sports and Recreation Centre of the Municipality of Velika, the main full-size football field was rehabilitated by replacing all field layers and installing new drainage and irrigation.

The full-size football field was built measuring 68 × 105 m, with a minimum 5 m safety zone on each side, finished with a natural (hybrid) grass surface incorporating organic material. On the north and south sides of the field, an additional 3 m of natural grass and 2 m of artificial turf were built, while on the west and east sides a 5 m artificial-turf safety zone was built. Along the safety zone facing the pedestrian areas, a linear stormwater drainage channel made of modified polypropylene with an integrated frame and grate (load class B125) was installed, and a service conduit for the various installations needed to run the sports centre was built between the channel and the pedestrian areas. The total layer thickness is at least 36 cm.

The five-a-side football pitch was also rehabilitated, by replacing all field layers and installing new drainage. The pitch measures 20 × 40 m, with a minimum 3 m safety zone on each side, finished with an artificial turf surface and infill, with a total layer thickness of at least 36 cm.

Football field Kutjevo

Within the Kutjevo Sports and Recreation Centre, a full-size football field on artificial turf was built, to HNS and UEFA regulations.

Within the Kutjevo Sports and Recreation Centre, a full-size football field on artificial turf was built, oriented east-west, on the southern part of the centre. No spectator stands were built alongside the field, except seating for persons with disabilities and reduced mobility (8 spaces by the main field and 10 by the auxiliary field).

The playing area, measuring 60 × 90 m with 5 m safety zones behind the goals and 3 m on the sides, was built within a total area of 66 × 100 m, bordered by an 8/20 cm concrete curb, within which the field markings were drawn with a minimum 5 m clear safety zone in accordance with HNS regulations. The field's final surface consists of artificial turf filled with quartz sand and SBR (recycled black rubber) granulate, allowing play in all weather conditions.

New mobile aluminum football goals were installed: two goals measuring 732 × 244 cm, two measuring 500 × 200 cm, and four measuring 300 × 200 cm, made of oval aluminum profiles (120 × 100 mm) with 200 cm deep nets, to HNS and UEFA standards, secured with UV-stable sand-filled bags. The field was marked with white lines and equipped with corner flags to HNS and UEFA regulations, with a 5 m barrier-free safety strip around it.

Skatepark Vodice

In Vodice, a skate park was built in two functional units (987 m² and 999 m²), with approx. 927 m² of concrete ramps and riding surfaces in total, plus a pedestrian path.

In Vodice (plot no. 6400/27, Vodice cadastral municipality), a sports ground – skate park for public use was built in two independent functional units, allowing separate use permits for each: the first covering 987 m² with a 498 m² skate park, the second covering 999 m² with a 429 m² skate park. The ramps and connecting riding surfaces were built of concrete on a compacted base – the ramps of C35/45 concrete, min. 20 cm thick, reinforced with RA 6 and 8 mm rebar and Q188 mesh, and the riding surfaces of C30/37 concrete, 15 cm thick, with the same reinforcement. A pedestrian path of 6 cm concrete pavers on a compacted base, with an 8/20 cm concrete curb, was built around the skate park, connecting the new ramps and riding surfaces to the surrounding paths. The surrounding green area was graded and landscaped to match the surrounding terrain.

Skate park Fažana version 2

In Fažana, a skate park and pump track were built with supporting facilities – parking, noise-barrier walls doubling as a climbing wall, and pedestrian paths.

In Fažana (plot no. 780/211, Fažana cadastral municipality), a skate park and pump track were built with additional facilities: a car park, reinforced-concrete noise-barrier walls (partly built as a climbing wall), pedestrian access paths, and landscaped green areas. The skate park is accessed from the east and west via new pedestrian paths connecting the streets to the north and south.

A concrete skate park covering 803 m² was built in the central part of the plot, with a 390 m² riding surface connecting nine ramps (china wall, quarterpipe section, vert quarterpipe, small speedbump, hip curb cut section, wave speed bump, speed bump, street curb cut with volcano, and big quarter pipe hip section), ranging from 35 cm to 220 cm in height above the riding surface, serving users of different ages and skill levels.

A circular pump track 77 m long was built in the southern part, with a 162 m² riding surface 2.00 m wide, finished with washed and dried stone.

Nine perpendicular parking spaces (one for people with disabilities) were built in the northern part, with the existing road widened to 5.50 m and finished in asphalt. Between the skate park and the car park, reinforced-concrete noise-barrier walls were built in six 4 m long segments, 2.5 m high, three of which are fitted with climbing holds for vertical climbing; a synthetic EPDM safety surface was installed beneath the walls to cushion falls. Pedestrian paths 1.50 m wide, finished in asphalt, were built on the east and west sides, linking all the elements within the plot.

Sport and recreation center Klasije Slavonski Brod

In Slavonski Brod, the "Klasije" Sports and Recreation Centre complex was reconstructed, including a 200 m circular athletics track with a long jump pit and courts for football, basketball, tennis, volleyball and "graničar".

On the western part of the complex, an athletics track with a 200 m circular running lane and a long jump pit was built, and within it two boarded five-a-side football pitches on artificial turf (SBR base 25 mm plus 38 mm artificial turf with quartz sand and colored SBR granules), a basketball court (also used for tennis), two "hakl" basketball courts (also used for volleyball) and a "graničar" court were built, all on a synthetic surface (EPDM 10 mm). The northern part of the 200 m circular athletics track partially extends onto plot no. 2415/3.

Kindergarden Kutjevo

In Kutjevo, a kindergarten with four units for children's stay (nursery and kindergarten age) was built on part of plot no. 1563, Kutjevo cadastral zone, covering about 3490 m², with indoor rooms and outdoor playgrounds.

Depending on the chosen design variant, the kindergarten combines either two nursery units (children aged six to 36 months) and two kindergarten units (children aged three to seven years), or one nursery unit and three kindergarten units. The children's rooms were built at about 62 m² each, with day rooms, cloakrooms and sanitary facilities. Also built were a multi-purpose hall, rooms for teaching, health and other staff, a kitchen with storage and a cloakroom, and circulation areas and sanitary facilities for visitors. The outdoor area was landscaped with green surfaces and playgrounds for both nursery-age and kindergarten-age children.

Business Incubator Kutjevo

In Kutjevo (Požeška ulica 4, plot no. 2219/65, 6801 m²), the Business Incubator and Accelerator building was built, with a street-facing office wing and a courtyard production wing, with total capacity for about 40 employees.

In Kutjevo, at Požeška ulica 4, on building plot no. 2219/65 covering 6801 m², a free-standing Business Incubator and Accelerator building was built. The plot has access from three sides: from the south corridor of Požeška ulica (plot no. 2219/52), and from dead-end street corridors with service access roads along its eastern and western boundaries (plots no. 2219/58 and 2219/55), allowing rational use of the plot and the possibility of a future second phase; to the north the plot borders plots no. 2219/70 and 2219/79. Pedestrian access to the building is from the south corridor of Požeška ulica, while vehicular service and fire-brigade access is from the access road of the western service corridor (plot no. 2219/55). The building is located on the western part of the plot, with its east façade set along the plot's axis drawn from the center of the southern boundary, parallel to the western side boundary, and at the junction of the west and south façades it is set back 5.00 m from the Požeška ulica building line. The building comprises a single-story street wing intended for the Business Incubator's administrative offices and business activities carried out in office spaces, and a ground-floor courtyard wing intended for production activities. The building's capacity is 30 employees in the street wing and 10 employees in the courtyard wing, for a total of 40 employees.

Roundabout, Slavonski Brod, E. Kumičića - gen. Petra Stipetića

In Slavonski Brod, at the intersection of dr. Mile Budaka and Eugena Kumičića streets, a roundabout was built (vertical and horizontal signage).

The existing four-arm intersection of dr. Mile Budaka and Eugena Kumičića streets had a heavy traffic load, so building the roundabout achieved better traffic flow and safer vehicle movement. The roundabout was designed primarily for passenger and emergency vehicles, while splitter islands and a mountable central lane allow buses and trucks (semi-trailers up to 16 m) to pass. The central part of the circle was built with a traversable surface of granite setts and a non-traversable green area at the very center. Public lighting on poles in the intersection area was reconstructed, and the pedestrian path along the road was adapted to the new layout, with pedestrian crossings partly relocated or removed. The existing road grade was retained with a slight correction within the roundabout, while the existing stormwater drainage was retained with catch basins relocated to new positions. New horizontal and vertical traffic signage was installed, along with tactile paving for stopping and guidance at pedestrian crossings.

Roundabout Cerić

In Cerić, at the intersection of county road Ž4136 and local roads – dr. Franjo Tuđman Square and the streets Alojzija Stepinca, bana Jelačića, Stjepana Radića and Ivana Meštrovića – a roundabout was built.

At the junction of county road Ž4136 and local roads in the center of Cerić, a roundabout was built, encompassing dr. Franjo Tuđman Square and the streets Alojzija Stepinca, bana Jelačića, Stjepana Radića and Ivana Meštrovića. The new solution significantly increased traffic safety and comfort and reduced vehicle entry speed at the two more heavily loaded approaches from the county road. The roundabout was built with an outer radius of 14.00 m, a lane width of 6.00 m, a mountable apron width of 3.0 m, and a green island radius of 5.00 m. 69.97 m of Alojzija Stepinca street, 41.13 m of bana Jelačića street, 79.31 m of Stjepana Radića street, and 91.21 m of Ivana Mažuranića street were constructed, with existing driveways retained and adapted. A car park for 6 vehicles, including one space for persons with disabilities, was built on Ivana Meštrovića street. Accessibility was ensured with pedestrian paths at least 1.50 m wide, dropped kerbs, and tactile paving at pedestrian crossings and at the accessible parking space. Stormwater is drained through a closed drainage system with perforated kerbs, manholes, and catch basins, flowing by gravity to a recipient on Ivana Meštrovića street. New horizontal and vertical traffic signage was installed.

Roundabout Požega

In Požega, the intersection of Stjepana Radića, Republike Hrvatske, Kamenita vrata and dr. Franje Tuđmana streets was reconstructed into a roundabout.

The main paved carriageway is 6.00 m wide with a 2% cross slope, with an additional paved lane 1.50 m wide at the same slope, separated by a mountable kerb, plus a 1.50 m wide apron of granite setts at a 20% slope intended for very long vehicles (semi-trailers, buses). Two-way traffic was retained on all approaches to the intersection. Pedestrian paths and public lighting were reconstructed and adapted to the new roundabout, with existing legal driveways retained and adapted. The pedestrian path was paved at a minimum width of 1.50 m for two-way pedestrian traffic, and all pedestrian crossings were made accessible for persons with disabilities and reduced mobility through dropped kerbs and tactile paving for guidance and stopping. Stormwater drainage from the roads and roundabout is handled by a new secondary sewer system with standard catch basins and perforated polymer-concrete kerbs, connected via manholes to the stormwater sewers in the adjacent streets, while water from the pedestrian paths and driveways drains to the surrounding green area.

ROUNDABOUT, SLAVONSKI BROD, M.GUPCA I N. ZRINSKOG

The roundabout was built with an outer radius of 10.00 m (20 m diameter), a 5.00 m asphalt lane width, a 3.00 m mountable apron of granite setts, and an inner 2.0 m green island separated by raised kerbs. Entry radii are 9 m and exit radii 10 m, with entry lane widths of 3.50 m and exit widths of 4.0 m. Splitter islands feature raised kerbs and concrete paving, while the island north of the roundabout is built from granite setts at road level to allow passage of large vehicles. Pedestrian crossings in the intersection area were partly relocated or removed, and the existing closed stormwater drainage system was retained with relocated catch basins. The total length of the intervention is approximately 45 m on Matije Gupca street and 35 m on Nikole Zrinskog street.

KRUZNI TOK, SLAVONSKI BROD, ŠTAMPAREVA I N. ZRINSKOG

Stormwater drainage from the roads and roundabout is handled by a new secondary sewer system with standard catch basins and perforated polymer-concrete kerbs, connected via manholes to the stormwater sewers in the adjacent streets, while water from the pedestrian and cycle paths and driveways drains to the surrounding green area and into the new sewer connected to the existing system.

ROUNDABOUT, VINKOVCI II

In Vinkovci, the intersection of county road ŽC 4169 (Lapovačka and kneza Mislava streets) and Ivana Gorana Kovačića street was reconstructed into a roundabout for safer and faster traffic flow.

The paved carriageway within the roundabout is 7.00 m wide, with a mountable apron of granite setts 1.50+1.50 m wide toward the interior. Two-way traffic was retained on all approaches to the intersection. Sidewalks were reconstructed and adapted to the new roundabout. Stormwater drainage from the roads and roundabout is handled by a new secondary sewer system with standard catch basins and perforated polymer-concrete kerbs, connected via a manhole to the stormwater drainage (collector network) on Ljudevita Gaja street, while water from the sidewalks drains to the surrounding green area on the plot.

RECONSTRUCTION OF ATHLETIC RUNNING FIELD AND ATHLETIC COMPETITION FIELD VINKOVCI

The athletics track and field event areas were reconstructed and built to IAAF (World Athletics) standards, with a standard six-lane track 7.32 m wide.

The athletics track and field event areas were reconstructed, built and equipped to IAAF (World Athletics) standards. The athletics track was built with standard geometry (semicircles with a 36.50 m radius and 84.39 m distance between centers) and six lanes, 7.32 m wide overall. Field event areas are arranged within the northern and southern semicircles.

The track structure consists of a synthetic surface (13 mm), a permeable asphalt layer AB 08 (3 cm, > 0.01 cm/s) and BNS 16 (5 cm, > 0.01 cm/s), a 0/60 mm aggregate base course (25 cm) and subgrade.

Drainage is achieved via cross-falls toward an ACO Drain System 2000 linear grate, connected through a collection chamber to the existing sewage network of the City of Vinkovci. In light rainfall, water percolates through the synthetic surface and permeable asphalt and is carried by drainage along the straight section of the track into the newly built stadium stormwater sewer, connected to manholes with sediment traps (R1, R2, R9, R10), while the remaining manholes were built with channel inverts.

RECONSTRUCTION OF ATHLETIC RUNNING FIELD AND ATHLETIC COMPETITION FIELD PULA, SCR VERUDA

In Pula, at the Veruda Sports and Recreation Centre stadium, the athletics track and field event areas built in 1986 were reconstructed – the track's synthetic surface and asphalt base were renewed, jump and throw areas were rebuilt, and new stormwater drainage was installed.

In Pula, at the Veruda Sports and Recreation Centre (SRC Veruda) stadium, the athletics track and field event areas, originally built in 1986 and never previously renovated, were reconstructed.

The long jump and triple jump pit was kept at its original location, with a new synthetic surface, new takeoff boards and a new sand landing area next to the existing pits. The pole vault area was kept at its existing location, with a new synthetic surface and new vaulting boxes allowing jumps in both directions. The shot put circle was kept at the same location but relocated slightly due to its proximity to the 100 m and 110 m start lines, with the throwing sector angle corrected to comply with current rules (34.92° instead of 40°). The javelin throw area was kept in its original location. A new combined discus/hammer throw cage was built with a protective net to current regulations. The high jump area was built with a run-up length of 15 m to the edge of the first lane, or over 25 m to the outer edge of the track.

The water jump was shifted 70 cm laterally relative to the first lane, with a 396 cm barrier beam and a pit 366 cm wide and 50 cm deep, in compliance with current regulations.

On the straight section of the track and the northern and southern semicircles, the existing synthetic surface (13 mm) and asphalt (about 2 cm) were milled and renewed, while on part of the southeastern section of the track the pavement structure was fully replaced. Drainage on the straight section was retained using the existing channels, while new stormwater drainage was built in the semicircle sections using "šlic"-type channels (ACO Sport System 1500, 35.65 m radius), connected to the existing system via new secondary sewerage. Some of the existing channels were removed entirely, while others were retained after removing their edges (10×10 cm on both sides) and covers and backfilling with sand to subgrade level.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE SPORTS RECREATION CENTER OF THE VELIKA COUNTY

In Velika, the Sports and Recreation Centre of the Municipality of Velika was reconstructed – the sports building was extended, and a natural-grass football field, a 400 m athletics track with field event areas, and lighting were built.

In Velika (Zvonimirova 1a), the Sports and Recreation Centre of the Municipality of Velika was reconstructed, comprising four functional units: an extension to the sports and recreation building, an athletics track with field event areas, a football field, and lighting.

The sports and recreation building was extended with a ground-floor auxiliary space (storage rooms) measuring 7.40 × 6.90 m, with a gross floor area of 51.06 m² and a usable area of 46.05 m², 3.60 m high (4.50 m at its highest point), attached to the building's south façade, 3.0 m from the western boundary with plot no. 830.

A football field measuring 68 × 105 m on natural grass was built east of the building, with a primary drainage pipe system (ACO FF-Drain DN 100) and main drainage (ACO Aqua-pipe DN 200), an irrigation system, pitch markings to HNS and UEFA standards, and aluminum goals measuring 7.32 × 2.44 m.

A circular 400 m athletics track with six lanes (7.57 m total width) and a 36.50 m inner radius was built around the field, equipped to IAAF (World Athletics) standards, with six straight lanes for the 100 m and 110 m events. The track's final surface is a permeable synthetic layer (POLYTAN WS type or equivalent), 15.3 mm thick, or 20-25 mm in higher-load sections. One semicircle houses the water jump pit and the run-ups and landing areas for javelin, pole vault and high jump, while the other semicircle houses the shot put circle (with a crushed-brick landing sector), the javelin run-up, and the discus/hammer throw cage with a protective net. Outside the track, on the western side, a long jump and triple jump run-up was built with two landing pits and sand traps.

SPORTS PARK BELI MANASTIR

In Beli Manastir, a Sports Park was built – a natural-grass football field with an accompanying 400 m athletics track, an auxiliary artificial-turf football field, a multi-sport court, and two tennis courts.

On the eastern side of the park, a football field measuring 68 × 105 m on natural grass was built, with drainage, irrigation, crushed-stone base layers, a topsoil layer and premium-quality turf. Around the field, between it and the athletics track, artificial turf was laid (Polytan LigaGrass 238).

Around the football field, a circular 400 m athletics track was built with a 36.50 m inner radius, four circular lanes (5.13 m total width) and six straight lanes for the 100 m and 110 m events (7.57 m total width), equipped to IAAF (World Athletics) standards. The track was built with aggregate base layers, two permeable asphalt layers, and a final permeable synthetic surface (POLYTAN WS type), 15.3 mm thick overall, or 20-25 mm in higher-load sections.

On the western side of the park, an auxiliary artificial-turf football field was built (Polytan Ligaturf RS+ World Cup Edition, to FIFA Quality Pro certification requirements). A multi-sport court measuring 34.50 × 50 m was also built, marked for basketball, volleyball, handball and five-a-side football, with an acrylic-resin surface system (Mapecoat TNS Multisport Professional). Two tennis courts measuring 29.32 × 33.10 m were built as well, with a multi-layer acrylic-resin surface system (Mapecoat TNS Comfort).

Multifunctional sports playground Slavonski Brod

In Slavonski Brod, a multifunctional sports pitch (20 × 40 m) was built within a 22.0 × 44.0 m asphalt surface, combining five-a-side football/handball and basketball courts, protective netting and fencing.

Football goals (3.0 × 2.0 m) were installed on the north and south sides, protected by 6.0 m high rope netting positioned 4.0 m from the pitch's outer lines, 22.0 m long and 6.0 m high, mounted on galvanized posts (hot-dip galvanizing 120 µm anticorrosion protection, with additional coating such as Durasil EB, SikaPoxitar F or SikaCor Zink R on the below-ground section of the posts). Floodlight poles (two per side) were installed on the east and west sides. The pitch combines a five-a-side football/handball court (marked with white lines) and a basketball court (marked with orange lines). A 1630 mm high, 173 m long fence was built around the entire pitch. The grading and longitudinal/transverse slopes were matched to the surrounding terrain (0.50% transverse slope, no longitudinal slope), with stormwater drainage directed via transverse slopes to the surrounding green area.

VOLLEYBALL COURTS SLAVONSKI BROD

In Splavarska Street in Slavonski Brod, five volleyball courts were built (three sand courts, two on synthetic surfacing) covering a total area of about 4000 m², with pedestrian paths, fencing, and foundations for future floodlighting.

In Splavarska Street in Slavonski Brod, five volleyball courts covering a total area of about 4000 m² were built in four functional units: two southern sand volleyball courts with associated pedestrian areas, drainage and fencing; two northern courts on synthetic surfacing with pedestrian areas, drainage and fencing; a central main sand volleyball court (19 × 27.6 m, minimum sand depth 40 cm) with pedestrian areas, drainage and fencing; and foundations for floodlight poles with associated conduit pipes as preparatory work for future lighting around the courts. The two smaller recreational sand courts have combined dimensions of 28 × 22 m, and the two recreational courts on synthetic surfacing 28 × 30 m. A pedestrian path at least 2 m wide was built, edged with 8/20 cm concrete curbs (or by the court fencing on one side where it runs alongside the courts), with a pavement structure of a crushed-stone base course (min. 30 cm) and an AC11 surf asphalt wearing course (5 cm). A 3.0 m high fence on a parapet foundation was built around the volleyball courts, with pedestrian access points to the courts. A stormwater drainage system of Ø110 mm PVC pipes was installed, with each of the first three units having its own drainage system connected to the existing sewer network within the project area.

PUMP TRACK SLAVONSKI BROD

In Slavonski Brod (Splavarska Street), next to the existing skate park, a pump track (approx. 1,285 m²) and a bicycle circuit (approx. 405 m²) were built.

In Slavonski Brod, Splavarska Street (plot no. 4851/2, Slavonski Brod cadastral municipality), a pump track and a bicycle circuit were built northwest of the existing skate park, in two independent functional units allowing separate use permits: the pump track covers approx. 1,285 m², and the bicycle circuit approx. 405 m². The pump track is a circular track 187 m long, with a 2.00 m wide riding surface finished with a stone layer bound with polyurethane, 3.5 cm thick. North of the pump track, a circular bicycle circuit 50 m long was built for younger children and beginners, with a 2.00 m wide riding surface finished with a stone and SBR granulate layer bound with polyurethane, 4 cm thick. Stormwater drainage is achieved through percolation via the permeable surfacing into the lower layers, together with drainage and outflow pipes through manholes, discharging into the surrounding green area within the plot.

SKATE PARK KOPRIVNICA

In Koprivnica (Miroslava Krleže Street 81), an irregularly shaped skate park (36.23 × 29.04 × 28.61 m) was built, with a riding surface and 15 reinforced-concrete ramps.

Fifteen ramps were built (narrow transition turn, small accelerator, triangular rail, street section, big wall, China wall, volcano bowl, pyramid with wall and handrail, big accelerator, wide transition turn, China wall with ledge, floor rail, small wall, downhill with handrail, and small China wall) together with the connecting riding surface, made of reinforced concrete on a compacted base, in accordance with HRN EN 14974:2011. Stormwater drainage from the skate park discharges into the surrounding green area within the plot.

SKATE PARK KRIŽEVCI

In Križevci, the existing skate park (approx. 18.27 × 34.25 m) was expanded with a new riding surface and six additional concrete ramps.

In Križevci (plot no. 1554/9, Križevci cadastral municipality), the skate park was built and expanded, irregularly shaped, covering approx. 18.27 × 34.25 m, in three functional units: the existing large ramp on the east side (unit 1), and a newly built riding surface with the "Speedbump" ramp (reinforced concrete, 50 cm high) and "Flat rail" ramp (galvanized steel pipe, Ø60 mm, 305 cm long, 45 cm high) in unit 2, plus a riding surface with four ramps in unit 3: a "curved ramp with extension and turn" (3 ramps of varying heights, widths and radii), a "curved ramp with extension" (3 ramps of varying heights, widths and radii), a "street pyramid" (65 cm high) and a "volcano" (reinforced concrete, 50 cm high, 415 cm wide, 440 cm long). The ramps were built of C35/45 concrete, min. 15 cm thick, and the riding surfaces of C30/37 concrete, 15 cm thick, both reinforced with RA 6 and 8 mm rebar and Q188 mesh, in accordance with HRN EN 14974:2011. The surrounding green area was graded and landscaped to blend with the ramps, eliminating the need for fencing due to height differences, with stormwater drainage from the skate park discharging into the surrounding green area within the plot.

SKATE PARK NOVA GRADIŠKA

In Nova Gradiška, an irregularly shaped skate park (approx. 18.35 × 10.15 m) was built, with five concrete ramps and a riding surface, next to the walkway along the Šumetlica stream.

Five ramps and a connecting riding surface were built: "Rooftop curb cut" (510 × 260 × 90 cm, reinforced concrete and galvanized 8×3 cm profile), "Flat curb with gap" (400 × 50 × 30 cm, reinforced concrete and galvanized 8×3 cm profile), "Pyra with curb" (785 × 365 × 70 cm, reinforced concrete and galvanized 8×3 cm profile), "Quarter" (285 × 450 × 120 cm, 180 cm radius, reinforced concrete and galvanized Ø6.3 cm pipe), and "Hip Quarter" (290 × 600 × 125 cm, 180 cm radius, reinforced concrete and galvanized Ø6.3 cm pipe). The ramps were built of C35/45 concrete, min. 15 cm thick, and the riding surfaces of C30/37 concrete, 15 cm thick, both reinforced with RA 6 and 8 mm rebar and Q188 mesh, in accordance with HRN EN 14974:2011. The skate park's grade is adapted to the existing terrain and the walkway along the Šumetlica stream, and the surrounding green area was graded and landscaped to blend with the ramps, eliminating the need for fencing due to height differences. Stormwater drainage from the skate park discharges into the surrounding green area within the plot.

SKATE PARK NOVSKA

In Novska (Radnička Street 3), a concrete skate park covering 585 m² in total was built, in two functional units with nine ramps altogether, plus a pedestrian path.

The second unit (approx. 238 m²) comprises a riding surface with the same slope and four ramps: bank corner, China hop, curb cut with rail, and quarter hip. The ramps were built of C35/45 concrete, min. 20 cm thick, and the riding surfaces of C30/37 concrete, 15 cm thick, both reinforced with RA 6 and 8 mm rebar and Q188 mesh, with the concrete finished in four work phases to ACI 347.3R-13 (CSC4 smoothness class). The skate park is accessed from the south via a new pedestrian path connecting it to the handball court. A 2.00 m wide asphalt pedestrian path was also built, and the surrounding green area was landscaped with topsoil, graded, and seeded with grass. Stormwater drainage from the skate park is achieved via longitudinal and cross slopes toward the surrounding green area within the plot.

SKATE PARK ZABOK

In Zabok, within the grounds of Ksaver Šandor Gjalski Primary School, an irregularly shaped skate park (approx. 12.00 × 26.65 m) was built, with a riding surface and eight concrete ramps.

Eight ramps and a connecting riding surface were built: "Speedbump" (reinforced concrete, 50 cm high), "Rooftop" (528 × 500 × 35 cm, reinforced concrete and galvanized Ø6 cm pipe), "Manual pad" (578 × 178 × 31 cm, reinforced concrete and galvanized 7×7 cm edge), "Funbox" (568 × 284 × 60 cm, 180 cm radius, reinforced concrete), "Small transition" (570 × 358 × 80/110 cm, 190 cm radius, reinforced concrete and galvanized Ø6 cm pipe), two "Big transition" ramps (571 × 358 × 110 cm and 890 × 299 × 110 cm, 190/200 cm radius, reinforced concrete and galvanized Ø6 cm pipe), and "Bank" (450 × 358 × 110 cm, reinforced concrete). The ramps were built of C35/45 concrete, min. 15 cm thick, and the riding surfaces of C30/37 concrete, 15 cm thick, both reinforced with RA 6 and 8 mm rebar and Q188 mesh. The surrounding green area was graded and landscaped to blend with the ramps, eliminating the need for fencing due to height differences, with stormwater drainage from the skate park discharging into the surrounding green area within the plot.

SKATE PARK ZAPREŠIĆ

The intended intervention in the area is the CONSTRUCTION OF A SPORTS PLAYGROUND - SKATE PARK in Zaprešić, Kolodvorska Street, at lot no. 1464/7 k.o. Zapresic

SKATE PARK SISAK

In Sisak (plot no. 506/1, Stari Sisak cadastral zone), an irregularly shaped children's skate park of approx. 16.83 × 20.00 m was built, with five ramps and a connecting riding surface, near the lake and the Ciglarska Graba stream.

In Sisak, on plot no. 506/1 in the Stari Sisak cadastral zone, an irregularly shaped skate park of approx. 16.83 × 20.00 m was built, located about 15 m from the lake edge and about 100 m from the Barice Rapić street intersection. Five ramps and a connecting riding surface were built: "Street section" (1008 × 715 × 60 cm, reinforced concrete and galvanized 8×4 cm metal profile), "Hipquarter" (580 × 163 cm at the base, 120 cm high, reinforced concrete and galvanized Ø6.3 cm pipe), "Funbox" (700 × 420 × 55/68 cm, reinforced concrete and galvanized 8×4 cm profile), "Transition section" (1416 × 168 cm at the base, 120/88 cm high, 180/225 cm radius, reinforced concrete, galvanized Ø6.3 cm pipe and 8×4 cm profile), and "Speedbump" (40 cm high, 130 cm radius). The ramps were built of C35/45 concrete at a minimum thickness of 15 cm, and the riding surfaces of C30/37 concrete at 15 cm thickness, both reinforced with RA 6 and 8 mm rebar and Q188 mesh. The skate park's grading was adapted to the existing terrain at the Ciglarska Graba stream, and stormwater drainage from the skate park is directed to the surrounding green area within the building plot.

MESNIČKA AND CECHOVSKA SQUARE IN POŽEGA

In Požega, the pedestrian surface on Mesnička and Cehovska streets was reconstructed, with a total length of 181.63 m and an area of 1,479 m².

The closed stormwater drainage system was also reconstructed along the entire length of the works. The paving uses concrete pavers in four sizes – 10×20 cm, 20×20 cm, 60×80 cm and 120×80 cm – in ochre, terracotta and red-brown colors; smaller-format pavers were laid along the edges, while large-format paving was installed in the central section, with some sections separated by borders of small-format pavers. The existing vehicle and pedestrian accesses were retained and adapted to the new grade. The surface was built with a two-way cross slope toward the center of the pedestrian zone, where a linear drainage channel ("slit channel") was installed, while the longitudinal slope follows the existing terrain. The final surface layer is concrete pavers, and gentle cross slopes drain stormwater from the paving into the linear channels, connected via manholes to the public combined sewer system.

SPORTS FIELD FOR SCHOOL PURPOSE OF POŽEGA

In Požega (Milke Trnine street, plot no. 651, Požega cadastral zone), a school sports complex was renovated: main and auxiliary football pitches, two multi-purpose five-a-side/handball courts, a basketball court with a mini-basket hoop, an artificial-turf football pitch, a children's playground, a bocce court, and an outdoor fitness/senior exercise area, along with new pedestrian paths and fencing.

In Požega, on Milke Trnine street (plot no. 651, Požega cadastral zone), a school sports complex was renovated. Before the works, the complex — in very poor condition and difficult to access in bad weather — comprised a main and an auxiliary football pitch, two basketball courts, two multi-purpose (five-a-side football/handball) courts, a volleyball court, and a skate park. The renovation established a new layout of facilities: a main and an auxiliary football pitch, two multi-purpose (five-a-side football/handball) courts, a basketball court with a mini-basket hoop, an artificial-turf football pitch, a children's playground, a bocce court, an area for senior exercise equipment, and an outdoor fitness surface. On the asphalted section of the former skate park, worn-out equipment was removed and two single-hoop basketball courts were installed. Pedestrian paths 2.0 m wide with a concrete-paver surface were built for better access to the individual pitches, and the complex was fenced along its southern and northern edges with a 1.5 m high fence to prevent vehicles from entering and damaging the pitches.

TRG SLOBODE OSIJEK

The manipulative surface of Trg Slobode (Freedom Square) in Osijek was reconstructed, for the City of Osijek and Vodovod-Osijek d.o.o., in cooperation with Rechner architects d.o.o. from Osijek.

In Osijek, the manipulative surface of Trg Slobode (Freedom Square) was reconstructed for pedestrian use and occasional delivery vehicles, in cooperation with Rechner architects d.o.o. from Osijek. The grade and the longitudinal and cross slopes of the new square were matched to the existing heights of the entrances and accesses of the surrounding plots and buildings. The square was built with the following layers: an 8 cm finishing layer, a 5 cm bedding layer (50% 0-4, 50% 2-5), a 20 cm cement-stabilized gravel bound base layer, and a 40 cm unbound gravel base layer, on the subgrade. Gentle cross slopes drain surface stormwater from the paving into linear channels ("grate" or "slit" type), connected via newly designed manholes with a silt trap to the reconstructed public combined sewer system. The "slit" channels are located between paving sections, while the "grate" channels run between the paving and the green area, along rounded 10/22 cm kerbs bordering the green area.

REPAIR AND RENOVATION OF OSIJEK HIGH SCHOOL PLAYGROUND

In Istarska ulica 1/D in Osijek (plot no. 5989/7, Osijek cadastral zone), a secondary-school sports complex was repaired and renovated: a new six-lane, 333 m athletics track (synthetic surfacing, Herculan SR National or equivalent), throwing/jumping event areas, refurbished football, basketball and volleyball courts, and a new bocce court.

In Istarska ulica 1/D in Osijek (plot no. 5989/7, Osijek cadastral zone), repair and renovation works were carried out on a secondary-school sports complex that included an athletics track, a long-jump runway and pit, five football pitches, a basketball court, two volleyball courts, a skate park, and an outdoor gym (the skate park and outdoor gym were kept in their existing state and were not part of this project). The existing athletics track and long-jump runway/pit were removed, and a new circular six-lane, 333 m track was built in their place, with an additional eight-lane 100 m straight incorporated into the circular track, finished with a synthetic permeable surface such as Herculan SR National or equivalent, 13-14 mm thick, applied in situ. Stormwater drainage is handled by infiltration into a new drainage system on the inner side of the track. Throwing and jumping event areas were built: a shot-put area, a long-jump/triple-jump runway (long-jump board only), a pole-vault runway, and a high-jump runway. The football pitch on the east side was rebuilt entirely from the subgrade up, with a minimum 25 cm base course, a 5 cm BNS 16 asphalt layer and a 3 cm AB 08 layer, finished with an acrylic asphalt coating such as DecoColor MP Classic 920-27 or equivalent, 1-2 mm thick. Three football pitches and one handball pitch within the track were repaired by cutting out and removing cracked and settled sections, patching with new asphalt, applying an emulsion spray coat over the whole surface, and adding a leveling asphalt layer (AB 08, approx. 3-4 cm), together with replacement of the edge drainage channel and gully gratings. The basketball court was refurbished by repairing a crack in the existing asphalt and edging it with a new polymer-concrete curb with a white rubber safety cap. The west volleyball court was extended to the required length while keeping its existing width, and the east court was removed down to all layers; both were edged with a polymer-concrete curb with a rubber safety cap. A new standard-size bocce court (28.5 × 4 m) was built on an asphalt base, covered with 0-4 mm graded eruptive stone, in accordance with Croatian Bocce Federation regulations.

KINDERGARTEN PALUNKO SLAVONSKI BROD

Next to the Palunko Sports Kindergarten in Splavarska Street in Slavonski Brod (plot no. 4851/2, Slavonski Brod cadastral zone), a children's playground was built with eleven fixed play structures, a sandpit, a throwing area, a pedestrian path, and fencing.

Next to the Palunko Sports Kindergarten in Splavarska Street in Slavonski Brod (plot no. 4851/2, Slavonski Brod cadastral zone), east of the kindergarten's outdoor premises at the Vijuš Sports Hall, a children's playground with fixed play equipment was built on the northwestern part of the building plot. Eleven fixed play structures were installed: a train with carriages, a spring rocker for one child, a hide-and-seek house, a combined house with a slide and educational equipment, a tent-shaped house, a drawing board, a training goal, two houses with a tunnel and slide, a rectangular climbing frame, and crawl-through and obstacle-course elements, all built to HRN EN 1176. Street furniture installed includes nine wooden benches with backrests and three wooden-slat waste bins. A 5.00 × 3.88 m sandpit edged with sand barriers was built, along with a 5.4 × 4.26 m throwing area finished with crushed brick, both intended for physical education (long jump and shot put) and edged with rubber-capped curbs for safety. The surrounding terrain was graded with fill, seeded with grass, and planted with trees per the design, and a 2.00 m wide asphalt pedestrian path was built, edged with flush curbs to drain water to the surrounding green area, connecting the playground to the kindergarten premises. The entire outdoor area was fenced with a 1.5 m high panel fence with two pedestrian gates for children's safety. Stormwater drainage is handled by infiltration into the lower soil layers and the surrounding green area, while a drainage system beneath the sandpit and throwing area is connected to the City of Slavonski Brod's existing stormwater system.

POŽEGA ATHLETICS TRACK

In Požega (Osječka ulica), an athletics track was built, IAAF structural category IV, with its field event areas, an access road and a parking area.

In Požega, on Osječka ulica, a sports facility – an athletics track of IAAF structural category IV – was built (plot no. 476/1, Požega cadastral municipality), together with a pedestrian access path and an access road with parking spaces (plot no. 476/2, Požega cadastral municipality).

The athletics track consists of a 400 m circular track with six lanes and a straight section with eight lanes on the western side for the 100 m and 110 m events. Field event areas were built: high jump (2), long jump and triple jump (2), pole vault (2), shot put (4), javelin throw (2), discus and hammer throw (2), and a water jump pit.

In the northern semicircle, finished with a synthetic surface bordered by new concrete curbs with rubber caps, run-ups for javelin throw, high jump and pole vault were built. In the southern semicircle, a water jump pit, a shot put circle, a javelin run-up and a discus/hammer throw cage were built, with the javelin run-up extended on the northern side to ensure a 33.0 m length. Along the eastern straight section of the track, an eastern segment measuring 121.45 × 9.68 m was built with two long jump and triple jump pits.

Within the athletics track, the green area was landscaped with soil preparation, a 20 cm topsoil layer, and hydroseeding. The track structure consists of a synthetic surface (14 mm: 4 mm EPDM + 10 mm SBR), two permeable asphalt layers (3.0 cm and 5.0 cm) and a crushed-stone base course (min. 35 cm) on geotextile.

Drainage from the access road and parking area was built as a closed stormwater system (5 catch basins, a linear grate, DN 315 mm pipes with PEHD manholes and a 6-10-100 separator) discharging into the existing ditch south of the site.

ROUNDABOUT, SLAVONSKI BROD, P.KREŠIMIR IV AND M. GUPCA

At the intersection of P. Krešimira IV and M. Gupca streets, a roundabout was built, and pedestrian and cycle paths as well as public lighting were built within the project area, adapted to the new layout of the intersection.

On P. Krešimira IV Street, the works extend from the pedestrian crossing near I. B. Mažuranić Square to the junction with T. Skalice Street, where 21 new longitudinal parking spaces were built. On Gupčeva Street, the works run from the driveway near house no. 12 to the intersection zone, adding two new parking spaces. Road reconstruction was limited to the immediate intersection area — the rest of the route retained its existing road structure, with updated vertical and horizontal traffic signage. Splitter islands at the roundabout entries were shaped according to their position within the intersection and the needs of pedestrian and cyclist traffic. On the western side of Gupčeva Street, cycling traffic was aligned with the roadway to allow continuous north–south movement without requiring cyclists to dismount. The site lies within an unexplored archaeological area of Slavonski Brod.

FOOTBALL FIELD ON ARTIFICIAL GRASS, GRAFIČAR, OSIJEK

Within the Grafičar Sports Centre in Osijek, the auxiliary full-size football field was reconstructed – converted from natural grass to artificial turf, to HNS and UEFA regulations.

In Osijek (Poljski put 3), within the Grafičar Sports Centre, the auxiliary full-size football field on the southern part of plot no. 3292/1, Osijek cadastral municipality, was reconstructed – converted from natural grass to artificial turf, in all layers, with new stormwater drainage.

The field was built measuring 68 × 105 m, with a 5 m artificial-turf safety zone behind the goals and along the sides, bordered by an 8 cm concrete curb, alongside which a green area was landscaped on the north, east and west sides. On the south side, along the full length of the field to the plot boundary, artificial turf was laid to provide space for substitute player shelters (2) and a delegate shelter (1).

New protective netting 7.76 m high (covering 60 m on each side) was installed on steel supports behind the goals on the east and west sides, replacing the previous netting, which was removed. The field structure consists of aggregate base layers (20 cm and 10 cm of crushed stone, plus a 5 cm finer layer) on geotextile, with primary drainage running north-south at 6.0 m spacing, and a final 5.5 cm artificial turf layer filled with silica sand and SBR granules.

Two fixed aluminum football goals measuring 732 × 244 cm were installed, to HNS and UEFA standards and EN 748, and the field was marked with white artificial-turf lines and corner flags. Stormwater drainage is achieved by percolation through the artificial turf into the lower layers, then via drainage and outflow pipes through manholes to a retention system (15-minute detention), discharging into the combined sewer on the public area north of the Grafičar Sports Centre.

Pump Track Osijek

In Osijek, next to the existing skate park on Šetalište hrvatskih dragovoljaca Domovinskog rata, a pump track has been built in two circular functional units (187 m and 50 m long, approx. 1,690 m² in total), with a 2.00 m wide asphalt riding surface.

On plot 652/3, k.o. Tvrđavica-Podravlje in Osijek, immediately south of the existing skate park, a pump track has been built as part of the sports and recreation zone along the Drava riverbank, accessed from Šetalište hrvatskih dragovoljaca Domovinskog rata. The facility consists of two independent circular functional units: Pump Track 1, with a 187 m track length and a footprint of approx. 1,285 m², intended for more experienced riders, and Pump Track 2, with a 50 m track length and approx. 405 m² footprint, adapted for younger children and beginners. Both units feature a 2.00 m wide riding surface, built as an 8 cm AC 08 surf 50/70 AG4 M4 asphalt pavement on a 35 cm crushed-stone base course with geotextile (300 g/m²), after removing approx. 20 cm of topsoil. Stormwater drainage combines infiltration through permeable surfaces with pipes leading to Ø400 concrete catch basins filled with 8/63 mm stone, discharging into the surrounding green area within the plot. The structure is designed for a 20-year service life, subject to regular maintenance, and was built under the simplified permitting procedure without a building permit. NK Slavonija Požega

In Požega, at the NK Slavonija Stadium (Antuna Mihanovića 10), the natural-grass football pitch has been reconstructed to HNS-standard dimensions (105 × 68 m), with a new drainage system and automatic irrigation.

On plot 1153, k.o. Požega, within the NK Slavonija Stadium (Antuna Mihanovića 10), the natural-grass football pitch has been reconstructed after previously failing to meet HNS dimensional standards. All existing surface layers were removed and a new pavement structure installed (geotextile, 4/8 mm and 2/4 mm crushed-stone base courses, a silica sand layer, and a fertile topsoil layer with a Lolium perenne / Poa pratensis grass seed mix), min. 33 cm thick in total, after removing 20 cm of topsoil. The new pitch measures 105 × 68 m with a 5 m safety margin on each side, in line with HNS standards. A linear drainage channel runs along the east and west edges of the pitch, with stormwater mostly handled by infiltration through a new underground drainage system connected to an on-site manhole. An automatic irrigation system was installed with a digital controller (12 to 48 zones) with remote, internet-based control. The pitch is enclosed by a panel fence approx. 186 cm high with two vehicle gates and three pedestrian gates, and a 60 m protective net on steel posts was installed behind the south goal. Fixed aluminum goals compliant with HNS and UEFA standards were installed. An artificial-turf strip was added along the west side for substitute players' and delegate benches. The structure is designed for a 20-year service life for sports and pedestrian surfaces, and 30 years for drainage elements, subject to regular maintenance. Designer: Marko Orkić, dipl. ing. građ.

Full-Size and Small-Sided Football Pitches on Artificial Turf, Stanko Vlainić-Dida, Slavonski Brod

At the Stanko Vlainić-Dida Sports and Recreation Centre in Slavonski Brod, a full-size football pitch (64 × 100 m) and a small-sided football pitch (64 × 40 m) have been built on artificial turf, with protective netting and a drainage system.

On plot 5894/66, k.o. Slavonski Brod, within the Stanko Vlainić-Dida Sports and Recreation Centre (Aleja Miroslava Krleže 4), two artificial-turf pitches were built as two independent functional units. The full-size football pitch measures 64 × 100 m with a 5 m safety zone behind the goals and 3 m along the sides, while the small-sided pitch, 64 × 40 m (containing two smaller 40 × 20 m pitches), sits to the northwest, above the full-size pitch. After removing 20 cm of topsoil, a primary drainage system was installed (6.0 m spacing, 0.3% slope) with geotextile and 32/64 mm stone backfill, crushed-stone base courses (32/64, 16/32 and 0/16 mm), and a 25 mm SBR rubber elastic layer topped with artificial turf, silica sand and EPDM infill, meeting FIFA Quality Pro certification criteria. The pitches are equipped with fixed and mobile aluminum goals compliant with HNS, UEFA and EN 748/749 standards, and protective netting on hot-dip galvanized steel posts (approx. 8.96 m high) up to 70.8 m long. Substitute players' and delegate benches were built on a paved area next to the full-size pitch. The structure is designed for a 20-year service life for sports surfaces and 30 years for drainage elements, subject to regular maintenance. Designer: Marko Orkić, dipl. ing. građ.

Petrijevci Open-Type Shooting Range

An open-type shooting range complex built in Petrijevci with a total of 12 shooting lanes on two adjacent plots, featuring protective earthen berms, perimeter fencing and supporting infrastructure in line with applicable regulations.

An open-type shooting range complex has been built in Petrijevci, consisting of two adjacent, interconnected ranges with a combined total of 12 shooting lanes, owned by investor Tomislav Tomljanović. The first range, located on cadastral plot 2845, k.o. Petrijevci, was built in three phases pursuant to Article 146 of the Construction Act and comprises 7 shooting lanes. The second range, on the neighbouring cadastral plot 2843/1, k.o. Petrijevci, was built subsequently as an extension of the complex and comprises an additional 5 shooting lanes.

Each shooting lane is bounded on three sides by a protective earthen berm 3.0 m high, built from compacted soil with a grain size of up to 5 mm to fully prevent projectile ricochet. The berm crest width ranges from 60 to 100 cm, with slope gradients of 1:1 to 1:2. The range floor is built from the same material as the berms, providing additional protection against projectile deflection.

The entire complex is enclosed by a 2.0 m high perimeter fence, with warning signs reading "SHOOTING RANGE, NO ENTRY" placed at intervals of no more than 20 m. Stormwater drainage is handled by on-site infiltration. The ranges were designed and built in accordance with the Regulation on Civil Shooting Ranges and Other Places Designated for Shooting Practice and Weapon and Ammunition Testing (NN 86/2021), with a designed service life of 20 years. The designer was Marko Orkić, dipl. ing. građ. A use permit was obtained for the first range, with noise measurements confirming compliance with the prescribed limits, while construction of the second range triggered a combined noise measurement covering both ranges together.

With this complex, Orking d.o.o. has provided the region with a modern, safety-compliant venue for shooting sports training and competitions.

Basketball Court, Sukošan Sports Centre

The basketball court at the seaside sports centre in Sukošan has been renovated, with a new permeable synthetic surface, FIBA-standard basket replacement and repaired panel fencing.

In Sukošan, on Marijana Grdovića Street, on cadastral plot 7679, k.o. Sukošan, the basketball court within the existing seaside sports centre has been renovated, as part of a complex that also includes grandstands and a five-a-side football pitch. The investor was the Municipality of Sukošan, and the conceptual design was produced by Miroslav Prelić, mag. ing. aedif. (ORKING d.o.o.).

The court, measuring 15 × 28 m with a minimum 2 m protective zone, was built on the existing asphalt base, which was cleaned with high-pressure water and prepared by perforating the surface to allow stormwater infiltration. A new permeable synthetic surface (SBR and EPDM) with a total thickness of 16 mm was then installed, built to EN 14877 and DIN 18035/6 standards and certified for sports use. The playing surface itself is finished in dark blue (RAL 5010) with orange-highlighted key areas, while the surrounding areas are finished in yellow, light blue and green, with a final anti-slip coating containing quartz sand.

The existing basketball hoops were removed and replaced with new ones to FIBA standards, with protective padding fitted around the tubular posts for player safety. On the eastern side of the court, up to the fence, decorative artificial turf with quartz sand infill was installed. The worn and damaged fence panels were completely removed and replaced with new ones, including a 4 m wide vehicle gate and two 1.2 m wide pedestrian gates.

With this project, the Municipality of Sukošan gained a modern, safe and certified basketball court right on the waterfront, close to the marina and the town centre.

Sports Courts, Krk Secondary School

Three new sports facilities have been built in the grounds of Krk Secondary School — a handball/five-a-side football pitch, a combined basketball/volleyball court, and an outdoor exercise zone with fitness equipment, all finished with synthetic sports surfacing.

In the grounds of Krk Secondary School, on part of cadastral plot 3260/1, k.o. Krk-grad, three new sports facilities have been built. The investor was the City of Krk, and the design was produced by ORKING d.o.o. The existing handball/five-a-side football pitch combined with a basketball court, finished in asphalt, was in poor condition and did not allow several sporting activities to take place at the same time, so at the request of the City of Krk, three separate sports units were designed.

The handball/five-a-side football pitch was built at 20 × 36 m with protective zones (24 × 42 m in total), finished with a permeable synthetic surface (SBR and EPDM) with a total thickness of 16 mm, built to EN 14877 and DIN 18035/6 standards. The playing surface itself is green (RAL 3016), with the surrounding safety zone in a darker green (RAL 3017). Two fixed and two portable aluminium five-a-side football goals were installed, to EN 748/749 standards.

The combined basketball/volleyball court was built to the north of the first pitch, with a 15 × 28 m basketball court and a 9 × 18 m volleyball court, totalling 17.5 × 32 m with protective zones. The surface follows the same construction as the handball pitch, finished in blue (RAL 5010) with the centre and key areas in a lighter blue (RAL 5015), FIBA-certified. Two basketball hoops with padded post protection and a volleyball net on demountable posts were installed.

North of the basketball/volleyball court, an outdoor exercise zone covering 357 m² was built, with a 10-13 mm synthetic surface in green (RAL 6017), equipped with push-up, arm-training, sit-up and torso-lift equipment, as well as posts and beams for walking and jumping exercises. All the equipment is made of galvanised, plasticised steel and Nordic spruce, to EN 16630 standard.

All the works included excavation down to the subgrade, geotextile, a stormwater drainage system and a two-layer permeable asphalt base beneath the synthetic surfaces, ensuring lasting and safe drainage for the pitches. With this project, the City of Krk and Krk Secondary School gained a modern, safe and functional sports and recreation area for physical education classes and extracurricular sporting activities.
