Skatepark Kutina

Construction of a skate park in Kutina, ID no. 5235/1 k.o. Quince.
The extent of the intervention in the area is approx. 475 m2.

A skate park consisting of ramps and a driving surface that connects the ramps. The skate park is irregularly shaped, approx. 38.00 x 12.50 m. 6 ramps and a carriageway connecting them were built. The ramps and driving surface are made of concrete on a buffer base.
The green area around the skate park itself is leveled to match the surrounding terrain with the ramps so that there is no need to install fences due to height differences on the ramps themselves.

Skatepark Slavonski Brod

Design and supervision of the execution of the skate park in Slavonski Brod

The construction of a sports playground with a skate park intended for public use is planned, consisting of ramps and a driving surface that connects the ramps. The skate park has an irregular shape with an area of ​​approx. 380 m2. It is necessary to build the ramps and the driving surface that connects them. The ramps and driving surface are made of concrete on a buffer base. The skate park is planned as an upgrade of the existing skate park with the possibility of adding new functional units in the future.

Skate and BMX park Vukovar

The subject of the Main Project is the CONSTRUCTION OF A CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND WITH A BMX PARK in Vukovar, Olajnica, at c. no. 1705/16 k.o. Vukovar, and everything in accordance with the Investor's request and project assignment. In the zone of inclusion there is a constructed skate park, a public road and a sidewalk, and green areas. The construction of a children's playground with a BMX park is planned for public use and the needs of future preschool use.

The intervention in the space consists of:
- construction of a children's playground with a BMX park for pre-school purposes and public use. The BMX park consists of ramps and a driving surface that connects the ramps. The BMX park has an irregular shape with an area of ​​approx. 420 m2, with a built-in skate park on the southeast side. It is necessary to build the ramps and the driving surface that connects them. The ramps and driving surface are made of concrete on a buffer base. Vehicular access is possible from the north side, while pedestrian access is possible from the south side.
- the green area within the project is leveled so that it blends in with the surrounding terrain (footpaths, parking lots, surrounding green area) and the BMX park. After the completion of the works, it is necessary to arrange the green area.
The level of the BMX park is adapted to the existing terrain (constructed skate park), the buildings next to them as well as the surrounding building blocks.
The slopes of the driving surfaces (longitudinal and transverse) are set in such a way that the outflow of precipitation water towards the recipient (surrounding green belt) is enabled. Elements of staking can be found in the attachments of the project.
Drainage from the BMX park is to the surrounding green area within the building plot in question - clean rainwater.

Skatepark Zaprešić - bowl/pool

Construction of a sports playground - skate park, Kolodvorska street in Zaprešić, at c. no. 1464/7 k.o. Zapresic.
The scope of the project in the area is approx. 1154 m2, divided into two independent functional units: 1. independent functional unit in the east of the project, and 2. independent functional unit in the west of the project.

A sports field with a skate park for public use consisting of ramps and a driving surface connecting the ramps. The skate park has an irregular shape with an area of ​​approx. 520 m2, of which approx. 156 m2 in the 1st independent functional unit and approx. 364 m2 in the 2nd independent functional unit. It is necessary to build the ramps and the driving surface that connects them. The ramps and driving surface are made of concrete on a buffer base. Vehicular and pedestrian access is possible from the eastern side of Kolodvorska street, and the northern and southern roads that delimit the project in question.

Roundabout Vukovar

The subject of the conceptual solution is the construction of an external road and the reconstruction of the intersection of Bana J. Jelačića Street, Slavija Square and Šamac in the roundabout, as well as the reconstruction of pedestrian and bicycle paths and public lighting within the zone.

The project envisages the construction of a bicycle path for two-way bicycle traffic and a pedestrian path with public lighting along the new connecting road, which extends from the substation at the intersection in question towards the Danube, and in accordance with the valid spatial planning documentation. Considering the configuration of the terrain, it will be necessary to build facing reinforced concrete walls after earthworks in the existing surduk in order to stabilize slopes in loess material.
The existing bicycle path that goes in the west-east direction from the south side of the street corridor in Trg Slavije/Bana J.Jelačića street, as well as the bicycle traffic that moves along the road in the east-west direction, will be connected with the newly designed path in the connecting street, and with Šamac street. The same is provided for pedestrian traffic in the streets in question.
In the area covered by the works, especially around the new roundabout, the reconstruction of the existing public lighting is planned, as well as the construction of a new one along the connecting road, all in accordance with the lighting project that will be done in the later stages of the project.
The width of the pavement lanes on the approaches to the roundabout is harmonized with the width of the existing roads, and the predicted largest expected vehicle (relevant vehicle) - a truck with a trailer on the stretch Trg Slavije - Bana J. Jelačića Street, or a truck on the other approaches.
The dividing islands at the entrances to the roundabout have different geometries, depending on the position within the intersection, the pedestrian and bicycle traffic that crosses them, and the like.
The scope of this project covers part or all of the following items: item no. 7135/3, 7136/1, 7135/5, 3941, 7136/4, 3943/2, 3940, 3938, 3939, 3884, 3834, 3833, 7068/32 - all in K.O. Vukovar.
In this phase of the development of the project documentation, new horizontal and vertical traffic signals have been partially completed, as well as harmonization of the existing traffic signals in the surrounding area, and this will be fully done in the later phases of the project.
Traffic, pedestrian, bicycle, or pedestrian-bicycle areas have been created in the area covered by the streets in question. The final covering of these surfaces is asphalt. Precipitation drainage is solved by a closed system of drainage from traffic areas, that is, mostly by runoff into the green belt from pedestrian, bicycle and pedestrian-bicycle areas.

Football field Velika

Sports field - large football field on artificial grass with protective nets behind the goals in accordance with HNS and UEFA rules within the Sports and Recreation Center of Municipality Velika, Zvonimirova 1a.

The large football field is designed with dimensions of 60 m x 97 m on artificial grass with a protective belt of artificial grass 5 m around the entire field with drainage and protective nets 7.8 m high on grid steel posts.
The new construction of the playground consists of 6 cm artificial grass filled with quartz sand with SBR granules with buffer layers, geotextile and bedding on which there is a rainwater drainage system.

Sports facilities Velika primary school IGK

The project envisages the construction of sports fields - an athletics track with fighting fields and sports fields (basketball, handball, miniature football, volleyball, goalie and outdoor practice field) located within the yard of Ivan Goran Kovačić Elementary School in Velika, Trg Josipa bana Jelačića 7, at k. no. no. 889/1 k.o. Velika.

The athletic track consists of four 333 m circular athletic track and six 100 m running tracks. In the western semi-circle, there are competition areas - pole vault, long jump runway and pit for landing and high jump, while the shot put pit is positioned to the east of the semi-circle. The final treatment is a 13mm thick waterproof synthetic lining in accordance with IAAF standards, as well as the necessary athletic equipment itself.

The basketball court is built on a synthetic covering measuring 28 m x 15 m with a protective belt of 2 m in all directions, the court is located on the east side inside the circular athletic track. The final treatment is a 16mm thick waterproof synthetic lining in accordance with FIBA ​​standards, as well as the necessary equipment.

The handball court is built on a synthetic surface measuring 20 m x 40 m with a protective belt of 2 m in the lateral directions and 3 m behind the goals, the court is located on the east side inside the circular athletic track west of the basketball court. The final treatment is a waterproof acrylic substrate with a thickness of 1 mm in accordance with IHF standards, as well as the necessary equipment.

The mini-soccer field is built on a synthetic surface made of artificial grass measuring 20 m x 40 m with a protective zone of 2 m in the lateral directions and 3 m behind the goals, the field is located on the west side inside the circular athletic track west of the handball court. The final treatment is a 3.8 mm thick artificial grass waterproof surface filled with quartz sand and SBR granules, all in accordance with FIFA standards, as well as the necessary equipment.

The volleyball court is built on a synthetic surface measuring 18 m x 9 m with a protective belt of 4 m in the lateral directions and 6 m behind the service lines, the court is located on the west side inside the circular athletics track west of the indoor soccer field. The final treatment is a 16mm thick waterproof synthetic lining in accordance with FIVB standards, as well as the necessary equipment.

The field for the border guard is built on a synthetic surface measuring 24 m x 15 m with a protective belt of 3.5 m in the lateral directions and 3 m behind the main lines, the field is located on the southeast side inside the circular athletics track. The final treatment is a 16mm thick water-permeable synthetic covering in accordance with the standards for playing border guards in Croatia.

The outdoor exercise area is built on a synthetic surface made of artificial grass measuring 24 m x 15 m with quartz sand filling, on which the exercise equipment is placed.

Behind the sports fields for handball, indoor soccer and volleyball, a protective net of 5.0 m height made of PP mesh on aluminum poles is placed on the south and north sides.

A pedestrian path is being built between the sports fields with a width of 2.0 m to 3.5 m as a pedestrian communication from the school itself to the sports fields with a finishing of concrete pavers.

On the eastern, northern and western sides, on the edge of the building plot in question, a fence panel with a height of 1.8 m is constructed to ensure a controlled entrance to the school premises and the playgrounds themselves.

Skatepark Fažana version 1

Construction of a sports playground - skate park on Puljska cesta, at ID no. 780/211 K.O. Fažana, which is intended for public use with stands (with auxiliary and accompanying facilities) and traffic areas (vehicle access, parking lot and pedestrian areas).

Sports playground - a skate park consisting of ramps and a driving surface that connects the ramps. The skate park has an irregular shape with an area of ​​approx. 1250 m2. It is necessary to build the ramps and the driving surface that connects them. The ramps and driving surface are made of concrete on a buffer base. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the skate park is possible from the north side from Ulica brače Ilić - via Fratelli Ilić, or from the south side via Pula road - Via Pola.

Auditoriums - tribunes - reinforced concrete construction, dimensions 25.04 x 8.40 m, on the northern side of the skate park. Below the auditorium are the auxiliary and supporting facilities of the skate park, namely:
- toilet group consisting of men's and women's toilets and an accessible toilet for people with disabilities and reduced mobility,
- auxiliary space as two separate rooms (pantry, storeroom).
The total usable area of ​​supporting and auxiliary facilities is 87.75 m2.

Parking lot - consists of surfaces for vertical parking of passenger cars with an asphalted width of 2.50 m and a length of 5.00 m. 15 vertical parking spaces for passenger cars are planned, of which 1 is for people with disabilities and reduced mobility (1.50 +2.50 x 5.0m). Access to the parking lot is possible from the north side directly from the road (Ulica braće Ilić) and from the south side of the skate park from the newly designed driveway that connects to the existing road (Puljska cesta).

Fortress Slavonski Brod

Football field Marsonija Slavonski Brod

Sports fields - large and small football field on artificial grass with protective nets behind the goals with lighting and decoration in accordance with the rules of HNS and UEFA Slavonski Brod, Šetalište braće Radić 25.

The large-scale football field was built with dimensions of 64 m x 100 m on artificial grass as an auxiliary field with constructed drainage and protective nets 7.8 m high behind both goals and lighting.
The new construction of the playground consists of 6.2 cm high artificial grass filled with quartz sand with SBR granules with buffer layers, geotextile and bedding on which the storm drainage system is located.

To the south of the large-scale soccer field there is a football field measuring 40 m x 50 m on artificial grass with lines for two small football fields 20 m x 40 m with drainage, a protective net around the entire field and lighting.
The new construction of the playground consists of 3.3 cm high artificial grass filled with quartz sand with EPDM granules, SBR cushioning layer, buffer layers, geotextile and bedding on which there is a rainwater drainage system.

Bridge Glogovica version 1

Variant "1" consists of:
- linear section of the southern side of the overpass-overpass with an absolute elevation of 97.80 m.a.s.l. up to an altitude of 104.30 m.a.s.l.
- horizontal span construction over the railroad tracks in a length of about 22.00 m, at an altitude of 104.30 m.a.s.l.
- the northern section of the two-story radian rising building with an outer diameter of 20 m, from an absolute elevation of 95.30 m.a.s.l. (in the graphic display relative elevation 10.00) to elevation 104.30 m.a.s.l.

The southern section of the Variante "1" bridge is 161.26 m long and has a height difference of 6.45 m. The pavement is built on pillars.
At the same time or in the second stage of implementation, the construction of vertical communications, elevators and staircases is planned. They are shown schematically in the conceptual solution as the volume of the roller. The elevator is in its axis, and a staircase is inscribed along the outer surfaces of the roller. The building of vertical communications is located in the traffic corridor of the railway, i.e. at c. no. 5020 hp Slavonski Brod, because there are no other location possibilities.
The second part of the section of the access path to the elevator and staircase is located under the bicycle overpass and the pedestrian overpass, which also implies appropriate structural solutions that will enable the assumed corridor. It is necessary to perform the vertical construction as columns between which the path will pass.
The geometric solution of the northern section of the Variant "1" bridge is like an Archimedean screw with a length of 238.10 m and a height difference of 9 m. There is a bicycle path in the outer belt, and a pedestrian path in the inner belt. The inner radius of the bike path is 17.5 m.
In this variant, a two-way connection of the bicycle and pedestrian path to Željeznička Street is possible.
Considering the slight longitudinal slope of the footpath (3.78%), it is assumed that it is not necessary to implement other elements of accessibility for people with disabilities. However, in the second stage, it is possible to implement an elevator or an elevator with a staircase (six legs with 10 steps of 15 cm height). In this variant, the elevator (with a staircase) is located in the axis of the roller, or is moved closer to touch the inner edge of the pedestrian path at the beginning of its horizontal plane.
The elegant and slender details of the consoles of the horizontal road structure and columns, the textures and shades of the coverings, the structure of the fences, etc., represent the source of possible design and design challenges for this building.
The volume of the elevator with the staircase complements the geometry of the overpass and eaves. The schematic floor plan of the staircase is inscribed in a circle, and there is an elevator in the axis of the roller. Therefore, the roller of vertical communications is covered by a dome or a cascading structure of circular rings.

Bridge Glogovica version 2

Variant "2" consists of:
- linear section of the southern side of the overpass-overpass with an absolute elevation of 97.80 m.a.s.l. up to an altitude of 104.30 m.a.s.l.
- horizontal span construction over the railroad tracks in a length of about 22.00 m, at an altitude of 104.30 m.a.s.l.
- the northern combination of a semi-circular rising building with an external diameter of 20.0 m and a linear building with an external diameter of 20 m, from an absolute elevation of 95.30 m.a.s.l. to an elevation of 104.30 m.a.s.l.

The southern section of the Variant "2" bridge is the same as Variant "1", with a length of 161.26 m and a height difference of 6.45 m. The construction of the roadway is on pillars.
At the same time or in the second stage of implementation, the construction of vertical communications, elevators and staircases is planned. They are shown schematically in the conceptual solution as the volume of the roller. The elevator is in its axis, and a staircase is inscribed along the outer surfaces of the roller. The building of vertical communications is located in the traffic corridor of the railway, i.e. at c. no. 5020 hp Slavonski Brod, because there are no other location possibilities.
The second part of the section of the access path to the elevator and staircase is located under the bicycle overpass and the pedestrian overpass, which also implies appropriate structural solutions that will enable the assumed corridor. It is necessary to perform the vertical construction as columns between which the path will pass.
The northern section of Variant "2" is 225 m long and has a height difference of 9 m measured along the axis of the bike path.
After the horizontal span construction over the railroad track, the northern section descends with the geometry retained from Variant "1", i.e.:
- rectilinear in length of 22.0 m
- in an arch, outer diameter 20.0 m, arch length 51.10 m, with an angle of 158 degrees,
- continues in a length of 7.8 m,
and then it is brought in a direction parallel to Železnička Street with a counter arch.
In this variant, a one-sided connection of the bicycle and pedestrian path to Željeznička Street at the intersection with Tadije Smičiklasa Street is possible.

Promenade Rika Kutjevo

The subject of the project is the arrangement of the riverbed, banks and access road along the Kutjevacka Rika in Kutjevo (M.Gupca and Z.Turkovića streets). The construction of ~158m' of road on the right bank of the Rika is planned, starting from c. no. no. 1705/2 in k.o. Kutjevo to the new pedestrian bridge in front of the ID no. 1447, and ~1,200m' of road on the left bank, starting in front of k.č. no. 1443 and at the end in front of k.č. no. 574. The road is planned to be used during the future maintenance and improvement of the river bed, and as a surface for traffic - a promenade and rest for pedestrians.
The project also envisages the solution of rainwater drainage from the newly designed areas, as well as the construction of a new pedestrian bridge and horticultural landscaping within the scope of the project.

The intended intervention is the arrangement of the bed, banks and access road of the Kutjevacka River in the area of ​​the city of Kutjevo, which aims to:
- finding, defining and developing solutions for the construction and reconstruction of regulatory and protective water structures for the purpose of flood defense,
- fixing the flow and stabilizing the banks of the watercourse on the sections in question,
- urban upgrading and landscaping of the area along the river,
- construction of a multi-purpose access road continuously along the entire watercourse,
- horticultural solution and arrangement of "green areas" i
- selection and deployment of urban equipment.

The access road is planned to be arranged in a length of about 1,381 m, with:
- the left bank of the Kutjevačka Rika watercourse, along part of Zdenko Turkovića and Matija Gupca streets (code no. 572/3, part 1692/2, part code no. 1708, code no. 596/1 and No. 596/2 Kutjevo), about 1,220.0 m
- the right bank of the Kutjevačka Rika, along the part of A. Starčevića and Augusta Šenoa streets (part of K.No. 1692/2, part of K.No. No. 1705/1 and K.No. No. 1705/3 K.O. Kutjevo) , in length about 161.0 m.

According to the peculiarities of the coastal corridor and the contact area, as well as the construction and condition of the regulatory and protective water structures, in accordance with spatial planning documents, the complete project is divided into seven characteristic sections. The sections form independent functional and design spatial entities that can be constructed individually.

The basic element of the spatial organization of the relevant sections of the left and right bank is the access road 1.5 m wide. In the modest dimensions of the coastal corridor, it is not possible to provide a wider access road, so it is not only a service access to the watercourse, but also a multi-purpose communication, pedestrian path or promenade along it. The access road starts and ends with a circular landing with a diameter of 6.0 m.

Depending on the width of the coastal corridor (the space between the plot of the street corridor and the "regulatory direction" of the watercourse), the access road as a footpath or promenade is located:
- directly next to the "regulatory direction" of the watercourse,
- at a distance from watercourses in such a way that rest areas with benches are provided along the promenade,
- at a distance from watercourses in such a way that rest areas with benches and other landscaped green areas or other urban areas can be provided along the promenade.

The remaining areas are landscaped green areas, i.e. areas used for rest and recreation by the residents of the town of Kutjevo.

In the southern part of the intended project, this project proposes and envisages the construction of a pedestrian bridge with a width of 4.0 m at the position of Ante Starčevića Street. Crossing the newly planned pedestrian bridge to the right bank of the Kutjevačka Rika leads to the newly planned access road along the right bank. And this access road is multi-purpose.

The final covering of the multi-purpose access road (pedestrian paths - walkways) consists of concrete pavers, while the rest areas are covered with granite blocks. The marginal visible stairs of the multi-purpose amphitheater descent towards the water course are reinforced concrete beams with visible surfaces made of smooth formwork.

The fences are metal, transparent. There are benches with and without backrests with wooden slats on a metal structure. Trash cans will be made of galvanized steel.

The existing quality trees (50 trees) will be retained, 45 trees are planned to be planted along the access road and 11 trees at the initial rest areas. The remaining free surfaces will be covered with grass.

Greta Park Kutjevo

The project consists of two independent functional units, where the first unit is the park and roads around the park, including storm drainage and public lighting in that part, and the second unit consists of parking lots, with storm drainage and public lighting in that part.

The park is named after Baroness Greta Turković, sculptor and versatile artist. Greta Turković is the illustrator of the Ampelographic Atlas of the wife of Zdenko Turković, the famous Croatian ampelographer (published in two parts, 1952 and 1963).
The area of ​​Greta's park consists of an elongated area in the north-south direction, a strip 23-30 m wide and about 205 m long. The basis of the spatial organization of the park is the thematic educational trail "Kutjevački wine vremeplov". The path is elongated by winding through the space of the park, and its alternately rounded concave and convex segments outline thematic units. The trail consists of seven thematic units. The idea is that in the first and last segment (entrance-exit from the park or vice versa) of an almost closed circle, the story of the history of winemaking in Kutjevo and Kutjeva's (k)paradise, the performances of Baroness Greta Turković and Zdenko Turković, and (in a special procedure) the provision of space for placing their monuments "in motion" or artistic busts.
On the path of the "Kutjevac wine time machine" from south to north, the following are lined up
thematic units:
- vine braid
- area of ​​the chapel of St. Josip
- presentation of the Ampelographic Atlas I,
- the amphitheater area of ​​the auditorium and the summer stage;
- presentation of the Ampelographic Atlas II,
- children's playground.
On the themed educational trail of the Greta Park "Kutjeva Wine Time Machine" there will be a system of signaling and interpretation of an interesting story about the centuries-old wine history of Kutjev, and about the natural environment that is suitable for growing top-quality Graševina.

On the south side of the park, the construction of a road with two branches for parking lots is planned. The parking spaces will be vertical, measuring 2.5x5.0m. The road has an exit to the main road, Republike Hrvatska Street. The project also envisages the construction of a road in Otok Street, which stretches along the eastern side of the park, and at the end of which an asphalted turnpike will be built, given that it is a dead end street.
The construction of pedestrian paths is planned in the park itself. The paths will be finished with asphalt or large-format concrete slabs, as shown in the graphic attachments of this project. Considering the height relations within the scope, AB retaining walls were designed that extend along the eastern side of the project, between the road in Otok Street and the pedestrian paths in the park.
In order to solve the stormwater drainage, the construction of a new stormwater drainage system is planned. The system consists of drains, line grates made of polymer concrete and inspection manholes, and pipelines at the end of which, before the discharge into Kutjevačka Rik, a light liquid separator is installed, the capacity of which is determined by sizing. Part of the water inside the park, from the pedestrian areas, is drained towards the green belt as the final recipient.
In the area covered, there are constructed traffic areas for vehicles and pedestrian areas. A chapel with a cross was built inside the park. Rainwater drainage within the coverage zone is solved partly by a closed system, and partly by discharging water into the surrounding green belt.
The parking lot consists of a total of 34 parking spaces, of which 2 are for the disabled. Places for the disabled are connected to pedestrian areas within the coverage area. One place is intended as a charging station for electric vehicles.

Football Field Križevci

The subject of the Main Project is the construction of an auxiliary large-scale football field with lighting in Križevci.
The designed auxiliary soccer field has dimensions of 60 m x 100 m with protective zones of 5 m and lateral 3.0+2.0 m, placed north-south in the northwestern part of SRC Križevci. The final surface of the big football field is artificial grass.

Access from the public area is from the south side - vehicular and pedestrian (code no. 790 k.o. Križevci, and via code no. 786/1 k.o. Križevci).
The orientation of the sports field is north-south. Along with the projected playground, there is no provision for the installation of stands for spectators.
On the north and south sides of the playground, at a distance of 5.0 m behind the outside line of the playground, a protective net is installed at a height of 7.82 m, which is suspended on steel poles via cables.
The project in question is surrounded by panel fences with a height of 1530 cm in places where there are no built-up buildings.
Drainage of storm water in the large-scale football field is solved by percolation through the layers of the field (clean storm drainage) into the newly designed drainage system, which with the new storm drainage distribution (pipes and inspection shafts) will enter the constructed storm drainage shaft within the SRC Križevci itself.

Roundabout Tena

The subject of the Main Project is the construction of the intersection of Vukovarska, Pilareva and Borovska streets into a roundabout, as well as the construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths as well as public lighting within the coverage area.

The beginning of the project on Vukovarska street, on the north side, is at the intersection with S. Marjanovića street, and the end on the south side is at the beginning of the longitudinal parking lots along the roadway (next to SRC Klasije). A total of 24 new longitudinal parking spaces are planned for this section. On Borovska Street, the start of the project is about 50m from the constructed pedestrian crossing at the main intersection, i.e. on the west side of the exit from the public parking lot at SRC Klasije. On Pilareva Street, the start of the project is on the east side of the exit from the Slavonija I settlement.
The widths of the pavement lanes are maintained or expanded on approaches to the roundabout, with a minimum width of 3.55m on Borovska Street. Pedestrian or pedestrian-bicycle paths in the intersection zone are reconstructed and adapted to the new condition, and their minimum widths are kept. The existing public lighting in the intersection area is being reconstructed.
Traffic and pedestrian, or pedestrian-cycling areas have been created in the area covered by the streets in question. The final covering of these surfaces is asphalt. Precipitation drainage is solved by a closed system from the traffic surface, that is, by runoff into the green belt from pedestrian and pedestrian-cycling areas.

Football field Kutjevo

Sports field – a football field on artificial grass at the Kutjevo Sports and Recreation Center in Kutjevo.

The orientation of the sports field is east-west. The designed playground does not foresee additional installation of stands for spectators, except for the space for people with disabilities and reduced mobility (8 seats are provided along the main field and 10 seats along the auxiliary field.
The football field has dimensions of 60 x 90 m with protective zones behind the goals of 5 m and laterally 3 m, placed east-west in the southern part of the SRC Kutjevo.
The playground is constructed with a final surface of artificial grass with dimensions of 66 x 100 m in total, bordered by a concrete curb of 8/20 cm within which the lines of the playground are constructed. On all sides of the line there is a minimum free protective space of 5 m in accordance with the HNS Regulations.
The final covering of the playground is made of artificial grass filled with quartz sand and SBR (recycled black rubber granulate) granulate to enable playing football in all weather conditions.
New mobile aluminum football goals are being installed on the football fields: two goals 732 x 244cm, two goals 500x200cm, four goals 300x200cm made of aluminum oval profiles measuring 120 x 100 mm, with a 5.5mm net, 200cm deep, all in accordance with HNS and UEFA standards. The goals are fixed with UV-stable sandbags in accordance with the standards and instructions of the goal manufacturer.
The large-scale football field is set up with white lines in accordance with HNS and UEFA rules, and corner flags. A 5m protective belt without barriers is provided around the field.

Skatepark Vodice

Construction of a sports playground - a skate park intended for public use for sports and recreational purposes.

The project in the area is the CONSTRUCTION OF A SPORTS PLAYGROUND - SKATE PARK in Vodice, at ID no. 6400/27 k.o. Vodice.

The sports playground skate park is built in two independent functional units, as shown in the graphic section, so that a use permit can be obtained for each individual functional unit.

The extent of the intervention in the space for independent functional unit 1 is 987 m2, and for independent functional unit 2 it is 999 m2.


The scope of the space consists of a sports playground with a skate park for the necessary public uses - construction, which consists of ramps and a driving surface that connects the ramps. The skate park in the first independent functional unit is irregularly shaped with an area of ​​498 m2 and the skate park in the second independent functional unit is irregularly shaped with an area of ​​429 m2. It is necessary to build the ramps and the driving surface that connects them. The ramps and driving surface are made of concrete on a buffer base.
Before starting the work, it is necessary to remove the humus on the entire project in a thickness of 20 cm. After removal, it is necessary to make an additional excavation for the bedding with rolling and leveling of it.
If the foundation soil is not sufficiently compacted (20 MN/m2), it is necessary to install geotextile type 300g/m2.
A 25 cm buffer layer is installed on the arranged bed. After the built-in buffer layer, concrete ramps C35/45, 0/8 mm, min. 20 cm, reinforced min. with reinforcement RA 6 and 8 mm and reinforcement nets Q188, and driving surfaces made of concrete C30/37, 0/16 mm, 15 cm thick, reinforced min. with reinforcement RA 6 and 8 mm and reinforcement nets Q188.

A pedestrian path around the skate park, and within the scope of the intervention - construction. The pedestrian path is being built to connect the newly designed ramps and driving surfaces with the future and constructed paths outside the scope of the intervention, that is, to enable access for park users. The layers of the footpath are concrete pavers with a thickness of 6 cm on a buffer layer made of 4/8 concrete with a thickness of 5 cm and an additional buffer 0/31.5 with a thickness of 25 cm on a prepared bed. An 8/20 cm concrete curb is placed along the edges towards the green area.

The green area within the project is leveled so that it blends in with the surrounding terrain (footpaths, surrounding green area). After the completion of the works, it is necessary to arrange the green area.

Skate park Fažana version 2

Construction of a sports playground - skate park and pump track, at ID no. 780/211 hp. Fažana with additional facilities (parking lot for cars, a.b. vertical walls for protection against noise which are partly used as a climbing wall and pedestrian access areas, and arrangement of green areas).

Access to the skate park itself is overlooked from the east and west via newly designed footpaths that connect the north and south roads.

Skate park - in the central part of the subject building plot, it is necessary to build a concrete skate park that is built directly on the construction site in an area of ​​803 m2, consisting of a driving area of ​​390 m2 that connects nine ramps arranged along the edge and inside the driving area itself.
The nine ramps are: china wall, quarterpipe section, vert quarterpipe, small speedbump, hip curb cut section, wave speed bump, speed bump, street curb cut with vulcano and big quarter pipe hip section.
The ramps will enable the use of various age groups and skateboarding skills, since the ramps are designed from the lowest with a height of 35 cm in relation to the driving surface to a maximum ramp height of 220 cm from the driving surface itself.

Pump track - in the southern part, a circular polygon pump track with a length of 77 m and a driving area of ​​162 m2 is being built. The width of the driving surface is 2.00 m from the stone layer of washed and dried stone.

Parking lot - on the northern part of the building plot in question, the construction of nine vertical parking spaces for cars is planned, one of which is intended for people with disabilities and reduced mobility. The parking lot is being built for the needs of the users of the sports fields themselves. In order to enable vertical parking, it is necessary to widen the existing road to a width of 5.50 m. The final treatment of the extension and parking spaces is asphalt.
In the northern part, in order to reduce the noise from the users of the sports fields between the skate park and the parking lot, the construction of reinforced concrete vertical walls in six segments, each 4 m long, is planned. All walls are 2.5 m high. Climbing grips will be placed on the 3 walls to the south so that different age groups can practice vertical climbing. Under the vertical walls in the fall zone, a synthetic anti-stress mat made of rubber granulate (EPDM) connected with a semi-retan adhesive will be placed to prevent injury from falls in the protective zone.
On the eastern and western parts, as a link between all the elements within the subject building plot, it is necessary to build pedestrian paths with a width of 1.50 m with an asphalt finish.

Kindergarden Kutjevo

The subject of the Conceptual Decision is the construction of a kindergarten in Kutjevo with four units for children's stay on part of c.code no. 1563 hp Kutjevo has an area of ​​about 3,490 m2

Option 1:
- two units for children of nursery age (six to 36 months of age),
- two units for children of kindergarten age (from three to seven years of age).

Option 2:
- one unit for children of nursery age
- three units for children of kindergarten age.

The rooms for children are planned to be around 62 m2. In addition to living room rooms with wardrobes and toilets, there are also rooms for a multi-purpose hall, areas for educational, health and other workers, a kitchen with a storage room and a wardrobe, as well as communications and toilets for visitors.
The outdoor spaces consist of landscaped green areas with playgrounds for children of nursery age and kindergarten age.

Business Incubator Kutjevo

Construction of the Business Incubator and Accelerator building in Kutjevo, Požeška street
4, it is planned on the building plot consisting of kč. no. 2219/65 with an area of ​​6,801 m2.

The building plot has the possibility of access from three sides, namely:
- from the (southern) corridor of Požeška Street, ID no. 2219/52,
- to dead-end street corridors with service access roads along its eastern and western side between (code number 2219/58 and 2219/55), which enables its rational use and the possibility of building the second stage.
Building plot k.no. no. 2219/65 in the north borders with k.č. no. 2219/70 and 2219/79.
Pedestrian access is planned for the Entrepreneurial Incubator and Accelerator building from the (southern) corridor of Požeška Street, ID no. 2219/52, while road service access and fire brigade access are planned from the road of the western service corridor (street branch), or code no. 2219/55.

The free-standing building of the Business Incubator and Accelerator is located in the western part of the plot as follows:
- the eastern facade of the building is adjacent to the axis of the building plot, which is drawn from the center of the southern border on the regulatory line of Požeška Street, and is parallel to the western side border, and - the building is offset 5 ,00 m from the regulatory direction of Požeška Street.

The Business Incubator and Accelerator building consists of:
- a one-story street wing intended for the offices of the Entrepreneurial Incubator and the business activities of those activities that are carried out in the office premises

The roundabout must be constructed according to the position in the graphic attachment with an outer radius of 13.00 m and an inner radius of 7.00 m.
The width of the main asphalted carriageway is 6.00 m with a transverse slope of 2.00%, next to which, towards the interior, there is an additional asphalted carriageway 1.50 m wide at the same slope as the main carriageway, separated by a laid-down curb. Then, next to it, there is a 1.50 m strip made of granite blocks at a slope of 20%, which is also intended as a driving surface for very long vehicles (truck - bus).

The two-way flow of traffic from all roads located at the intersection is maintained.
It is necessary to reconstruct the pedestrian paths and public lighting, and adapt them to the newly designed roundabout, as well as the existing (legal) driveways.
The pedestrian path is asphalted with a minimum width of 1.50 m for two-way pedestrian traffic. Pedestrian crossings are provided, which are shown in the graphic attachment. All pedestrian crossings are adapted for people with disabilities and reduced mobility. The existing (legal) driveways with private plots are retained and adapted to the new roundabout (by lowering the curbs).
The stormwater drainage from the roads and the newly designed roundabout is solved by a new secondary sewerage system consisting of standard drains and perforated polymer concrete curbs, within which the stormwater is collected. The new secondary sewerage system is connected via inspection chambers to the stormwater drainage system in the streets in question, all according to the requirements of the competent institutions. The position of the drains, collection drain polymer curbs is shown in the graphic part, while the depths, slopes, flows, profiles and lengths of pipes are shown in the hydraulic calculation in the further part of the project.
The drainage from the footpath and driveways is to the surrounding green area and the new stormwater drainage system.

ROUNDABOUT, SLAVONSKI BROD, M.GUPCA I N. ZRINSKOG

The roundabout is designed for the traffic of passenger cars and emergency vehicles as the majority of vehicles. The construction of traffic islands and a traffic lane in the central part of the circle has enabled the traffic of buses and trucks (truck L=15.39m). In the central part of the circle there is a traffic area necessary for the traffic of larger vehicles. The central traffic area is separated and graded by a lowered concrete curb 25/15cm with a grade of 6cm compared to the asphalt surface.

The width of the existing lanes on the roadway is approximately 2.5 - 3.00 m. The roadway is bordered by existing raised curbs.

There is a sidewalk next to the roadway in the intersection zone with pedestrian crossings that are partially relocated to a new location or abolished in accordance with the presentation in the graphic part of the traffic study.

The driveways in the intervention zone have an asphalt or concrete curtain and are of variable widths.

The drainage of rainwater in the intersection area is solved by a closed stormwater drainage system (gullies, revisions, etc.) which is maintained by relocating the position of the gullies.

The new regulation establishes a roundabout with an outer radius of 10.00 m (diameter 20 m). The width of the traffic lane in the roundabout is 5.00 m (asphalt). The width of the traffic section is 3.00 m (stabilized granite cubes), and the inner part is 2.0 m green area separated by raised curbs from the traffic section.

The entry radii are 9 m, while the exit radii are 10 m.

The entry lane widths into the roundabout are 3.50 m, while the exit lane widths are 4.0 m. Along the lanes themselves, dividing islands with raised curbs and concrete paving inside them are constructed, and in the part north of the traffic section, the dividing island is constructed of stabilized granite cubes at the road level in order to ensure the trafficability of large vehicles (buses, trucks, etc.).

The total length of the Matije Gupca Street project is approximately 45 m, and in Nikole Zrinski Street it is approximately 35 m.

It is necessary to reconstruct pedestrian paths, vehicle accesses and public lighting, and adapt them to the newly designed roundabout within the scope.

Sidewalks are paved with a minimum width of 1.50 m for two-way pedestrian traffic within the scope.

A two-way bicycle path is paved with a width of 1.60 m. It is planned in Duga ulica on the northeast side along the road and sidewalk, and in A.K.Miošića and Lapovačka on the north side along the road. The bicycle path ends next to the pedestrian crossings.

Stormwater drainage from the roads and the newly designed roundabout is solved with a new secondary sewage system consisting of standard drains and perforated polymer-concrete curbs, within which stormwater is collected. The new secondary sewage system connects to the stormwater drainage in the streets in question via inspection chambers. Drainage from the pedestrian and bicycle paths, and driveways is to the surrounding green area and the new storm sewer which is connected to the existing sewer in the streets in question.
The position of the storm sewer with inspection chambers, drains and polymer-concrete channels ACO 305 is shown in the graphic part, while the Hydraulic Calculation shows the profiles and slopes of the pipes as well as the heights, depths of the inlet and outlet, the elevations of the grates and covers, as well as the designed amount of storm sewer.

Towards the inner part of the roundabout, along the asphalted part, there are granite cubes with a width of 1.50 + 1.50 m.

It is necessary to reconstruct the sidewalks and adapt them to the newly designed roundabout.
The stormwater drainage from the roads and the newly designed roundabout is solved by a new secondary sewerage system consisting of standard drains and perforated polymer-concrete curbs, within which the stormwater is collected. The new secondary sewerage system is connected to the stormwater drainage (collector network) in Ljudevita Gaja Street via a manhole. The drainage from the sidewalk is to the surrounding green area on the subject plot.

PUMP TRACK SLAVONSKI BROD

The subject of the main project is the construction of a sports field - pump track and cycling training ground in Splavarska Street, Slavonski Brod, at ID no. 4851/2 k.o. Slavonski Brod.

The extent of the intervention in the area for the independent functional unit 1. pump track is approx. 1285 m2, and for the independent functional unit 2. the cycling range is approx. 405 m2.
A circular pump track with a length of 187 m is planned to the northwest of the constructed skate park. The width of the driving surface is 2.00 m with a stone layer finish, a polyurethane binder with a thickness of 3.5 cm.
To the north of the pump track, next to the skate park, there is a 50m circular cycling range for younger children and beginners. The width of the driving surface is 2.00m with a finish of a stone layer, SBR granules connected by a 4cm thick polyurethane binder.
The level, longitudinal and transverse slopes of the newly designed surfaces are adapted to the constructed buildings (pedestrian path on the west side) next to which they are being built and to the surrounding terrain, all in order to minimize the necessary work on excavations and embankments.
In case of low rainfall, storm drainage is solved by percolation through the foundation into the lower layers, given that the water-permeable linings, and drainage pipes and drainage pipes over inspection manholes (culverts - concrete pipes FI400 filled with stone fraction 8/63 mm) and with discharge to the green area) are within the subject area. particles.

SKATE PARK KOPRIVNICA

It is necessary to build a driving section and 15 ramps (transitional narrow bend, small accelerator, triangular rail, street section, large wall, Chinese wall, pyramid volcano pool with wall and handrail, large accelerator, transitional wide bend, Chinese wall with wall, floor rail, small downhill wall with handrail, small Chinese wall) and a driving surface connecting them. On the southern part of the building plot in question, it is necessary to build a concrete skate park, which is built directly on the construction site in a total area of ​​585 m2. The project envisages the construction of a skate park in 2 independent functional units.

It is planned to build a flat driving surface with a 2.0% drop, along with which 5 ramps will be installed: corner hip section 1, corner hip section 2, hip vulcano, manny spine and china wall with curb.

2. Independent functional unit with an area of ​​approx. 238 m2

The construction of a flat driving surface with a fall of 2.0% is foreseen, which follows the fall of the 1st independent functional unit, next to which 4 ramps will be installed: bank corner, china hop, curb cut with rail and quartet hip.

After removing the humus and excavating the soil, min. 25 cm buffer layer 0/30 granulation. 4TH PHASE - Treatment of concrete with special rounded trowels with a minimum of 4 passes. It is not allowed to use additives and accessories to achieve the required quality of finishing, as well as to achieve the required quality with coatings on the finished surface.
After the execution of Phase 4 of the finishing concrete treatment, the surface must have a smoothness of class CSC4 in accordance with the standard ACI (American Concrete Institute) 347.3R-13 (January 2014 edition or newer) or equivalent.

Concrete paving stones in four dimensions 10x20 cm, 20x20 cm, 60x80 cm and 120x80 cm in the colors ocher, terracotta and red-brown are used for paving. Smaller format paving stones (20x20cm) are placed along the edges, while large format paving stones (60x80cm and 120x80cm) are placed in the central part. Some parts are separated by borders of small format paving stones (10x20cm).

Vehicle and pedestrian accesses are retained with the necessary leveling to the new level.

The road is planned to have a double slope towards the central part of the pedestrian zone, where a linear channel ("slot channel") is installed to solve the problem of stormwater drainage.

The longitudinal slope of the pedestrian area follows the existing slope of the terrain.
The final layer of the pedestrian area is concrete paving stones.

Gentle transverse slopes are planned to drain surface stormwater from the paving into linear channels ("slot channel"), which are connected via inspection chambers to the public mixed drainage system.
Linear channels called "slots" are located between the paving stones in the central part of the pedestrian area.

SPORTS FIELD FOR SCHOOL PURPOSE OF POŽEGA

At the request of the Investor (CITY OF OSIJEK AND VODOVOD-OSIJEK D.O.O.), it was necessary to prepare technical documentation for the Reconstruction of Trg Slobode - manipulative surfaces.
The project was developed in collaboration with Rechner arhitects d.o.o. from Osijek.

The leveling, longitudinal and transverse slopes of the newly designed square are integrated with the existing heights of the entrances and approaches of the surrounding construction plots and buildings on them.

According to the low traffic load and experience, the following layers of the square are envisaged:

- Finishing d=8cm
- base layer (50% 0-4, 50% 2-5) d=5cm
- cement. stabilized gravel-bound base layer d=20cm
- gravel-unbound base layer d=40cm
- subgrade

Slight transverse slopes are provided for the drainage of surface rainwater from the paving into linear channels ("grid" or "slot") which are connected via newly designed inspection chambers with a sedimentation tank to the reconstructed public mixed drainage system.

REPAIR AND RENOVATION OF OSIJEK HIGH SCHOOL PLAYGROUND

At the request of the Investor (City of Osijek), it is necessary to repair and rehabilitate the high school playground in Istarska street 1/D in Osijek, code no. 5989/7 k.o. Osijek.

As part of the high school playground, there is an athletics track, a long jump runway with a landing pad, five soccer fields, a basketball court, two volleyball courts, a skate park and an exercise area with equipment.
The entire athletics track is being removed.
The complete long jump runway with landing pad is being removed.
The four soccer fields inside the athletics track were constructed with an asphalt finish, where cracks and indentations appeared in places where rainwater accumulates after rainfall. The drainage channel that surrounds the soccer fields with the existing drains is in a rather bad condition (it needs to be replaced together with the drain grates).
Four football fields need to be renovated.
Repair of transverse asphalt crack and narrowing to a surface for a standard basketball court with buffer zones is required.
There are two volleyball courts on the north side of the athletic track.
The eastern volleyball court is finished with "slag" (ground brick), while the western one is made for beach volleyball. The existing playgrounds do not meet the dimensions.
The eastern playground is removed in all layers, and the western one is expanded for the required length. The width is maintained due to the existing trees on the north side.
The skate park and training ground remain as they are and are not planned for rehabilitation and repair, and are not included in this project.

REPAIR WORKS:

The athletics racetrack is circular for six racetracks with a length of 333 m on the site of the removed existing racetrack. On the south side, a racetrack with 8 race tracks for 100 m races is planned, which is integrated into a 333 m circular track. The final layer is a synthetic waterproof coating of the type Herculan SR National or equivalent with a total thickness of 13-14 mm, which is carried out on site at the racetrack and fighting grounds. Rainwater drainage is provided by percolation into the new drainage system from the inside of the racetrack.
The arenas are as follows: shot put, long jump and triple jump (long jump board only), pole vault and high jump.
The soccer field on the east side is made completely new from the bed itself, buffer layer min 25, asphalt layer BNS 16 5cm thick and AB 08 3cm thick with the finishing of a layer of acrylic paint for asphalt type like DecoColor MP Classic 920-27 or equivalent in total thickness 1-2 mm. On a layer of old asphalt min. For 14 days, the basic primer for asphalt surfaces Decoplast is installed, then a layer of acrylic paint Decocolor Q is applied with the addition of quartz sand (without impurities) according to the supplier's instructions, and the final layer of acrylic paint Decocolor.
Three soccer fields and one handball field inside the athletics track need to be repaired in the area of ​​cracks and depressions (retention of rainwater), by cutting the asphalt, removing existing damage and making new asphalt "patches", by spraying emulsion on the entire surface and making a leveling layer of asphalt AB 08 in thickness approx. 3-4 cm. Previously, remove the marginal drainage channel and drain grates together with the concrete cornice, and place new ones in the same place at a new height with regard to leveling.
The basketball court is located on the east side, north of the space intended for stands, which is bordered by a new curb made of polymer concrete with a final "cap" made of rubber (white color), which reduces the possibility of injury when falling. The existing asphalt is retained, on which the crack needs to be repaired.
The volleyball court on the east side is built on the west side, north of the racetrack and bounded by a new curb made of polymer concrete with a final "cap" made of rubber (white color), which reduces the possibility of injury in the event of a fall.
On the south-eastern side, it is necessary to construct a new bocce ball court of standard dimensions on an asphalt surface of 28.5 x 4 m, on which min 2-4 mm of eruptive stone with a granulation of 0 to 4 mm is placed, all according to the standards and propositions of the Croatian Bocce Association.

KINDERGARTEN PALUNKO SLAVONSKI BROD

The subject of the Main Project is the installation of FIXED CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUNDS (STABLE CHILDREN'S TOYS) and landscaping for the "Palunko" Sports Kindergarten, Splavarska Street, Slavonski Brod, house no. 4851/2 k.o. Slavonski Brod

It is planned to install stable children's toys to the east of the outdoor premises of the kindergarten, which is located in the Vijuš Sports Hall, with pedestrian access from the constructed footpath, a children's playground fence, a sandbox and a throwing field.

Both areas are used for sports education (long jump and shot put). The fighting grounds are bordered by curbs with a rubber cap to reduce the possibility of injury during use.

Landscaping (landscaping) it is necessary to level the surrounding terrain with a mound of earth on the entire area, and arrange it after installing fixed playgrounds and planting grass. Within the fenced area, trees must be planted according to the layout shown in the graphic attachment.
It is necessary to build a footpath from the constructed footpath as pedestrian communication with the kindergarten premises. The pedestrian path is made with a final layer of asphalt 2.00 m wide and is bordered by level curbs to allow water to drain onto the surrounding green area within the project in question.
The newly designed outdoor space is surrounded by a panel fence 1.5 m high from the surrounding level ground to ensure the safe stay of children outdoors, and two pedestrian doors are installed on it.

The sports field - athletics track consists of a 400 m circular athletics track with six running tracks and a flat section in the length of 100 m and 110 m with eight running tracks located on the western side as part of the circular athletics track. For the competition, it is necessary to build the following venues: high jump (2 pcs.), long jump and triple jump (2 pcs.), pole vault (2 pcs.), shot put (4 pcs.), javelin throw (2 pcs.), discus and hammer throw (2 pcs.) and water obstacle pit
The spatial intervention consists of:
- athletics track – construction. The project envisages the construction of a sports field – athletics track in construction category IV in accordance with the IAAF standard.
The athletics track consists of a circular 400 m athletics track with 6 running lanes and a flat section on the eastern side, as part of a circular track for 100 m and 110 m competitions with 8 running lanes. Inside the circular track there are northern and southern segments in which athletics venues are located, as well as on the eastern side along the flat section of the athletics track. Individual venues for throwing disciplines are additionally placed east of the athletics track within the green area.
North semicircle

The semicircle is constructed with a final synthetic surface bordered by new concrete curbs with a rubber cap towards the green area inside the circular athletics track.
Inside the semicircle are: the javelin throw, the high jump and the pole vault.

South semicircle

The semicircle is constructed with a final synthetic surface bordered by new concrete curbs with a rubber cap towards the green area inside the circular athletics track.
Inside the semicircle are: the water obstacle pit, the shot put, the javelin throw, the shot put and the discus throw.
An extension needs to be built on the javelin throw on the north side to ensure a length of 33.0 m.

Eastern segment

Along the flat part of the athletics track on the eastern side, separated by new concrete curbs with rubber caps, there is an eastern segment with a final synthetic surface inside which there are athletics competition areas: two long jump and triple jump jumps. The dimensions of the eastern segment are 121.45 x 9.68 m.

Inside the athletics track, it is necessary to arrange a green area with soil preparation (fine planning, raking, etc.), bring and install humus in a layer thickness of 20 cm, then install seeds and fertilizers, perform grassing of the surface by hydroseeding, fertilization and care by watering. Seeds of a mixture of 5 grass components, colorant, glue, cellulose, fertilizer and soil improver. Basic soil cultivation should be carried out by milling and fine leveling should be carried out manually.

The planned layers for the athletics track are:

Drainage from the access road and parking lot is planned according to the newly designed closed stormwater drainage system that is discharged (final recipient) into the existing ditch located south of the intervention area. Stormwater is collected via 5 drains and a linear grid on the branch of the access road towards the athletics track, and is further drained via drain connections into the newly designed sewerage system. The stormwater sewerage system consists of PVC pipes DN315 mm, with PEHD manholes. At the end of the access road, a 6-10-100 separator is planned to be installed, in accordance with the graphic attachments and the cost estimate.

ROUNDABOUT, SLAVONSKI BROD, P.KREŠIMIR IV AND M. GUPCA

The subject of the Main Project is the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of P.Krešimira IV and M.Gupca streets, and the construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths as well as public lighting within the coverage area in order to adapt to the new state of the intersection.

The start of the project on P.Krešimira IV Street, on the west side, is at the pedestrian crossing on the east side of Trg I.B.Mažuranić, and the end on the east side at the intersection with T.Skalice Street. On this section, a total of 21 new longitudinal parking spaces are planned and the existing ones are aligned with the current Regulations. The reconstruction of the intersection itself is planned on the section from road no. 21 on the west side of the intersection to the passage between road no. 10 and 24 on the east side of the intersection, while on the rest of the project, the existing pavement structure is planned to be retained and the vertical and horizontal traffic signals to be changed in order to fit in with the new roundabout. On Gupčeva Street, the start of the project is on the south side of the completed roundabout at the intersection of Gupčeva Street and N.Zrinski Street. On this section, two new longitudinal parking spaces are planned. The reconstruction of the intersection is planned from the driveway at road no. 12 to the intersection zone, while in the northern part of Gupčeva Street, which falls within the scope of the intervention, it is planned to retain the existing pavement structure and change the vertical and horizontal traffic signals to fit the new roundabout.
The widths of the pavement lanes are maintained or widened at the approaches to the roundabout. Pedestrian and pedestrian-bicycle paths in the intersection zone are reconstructed and adapted to the new condition, and their minimum widths are maintained.
The dividing islands at the entrances to the roundabout have different geometries, depending on the position within the intersection, the pedestrian and bicycle traffic that passes over them, etc.
The project envisages new vertical and horizontal traffic signals, as well as the harmonisation of the existing signals in the coverage area, all in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. On the west side of Gupčeva Street, from the northern approach to the roundabout at the intersection of Gupčeva and N.Zrinski Streets to the new roundabout, it is planned to harmonise bicycle traffic, in order to avoid the need for cyclists moving in the north-south direction to get off the roadway in Gupčeva Street.
Part of the location where the intervention is planned: Reconstruction of the road intersection (intersection of P. Krešimira IV and M. Gubac streets in Slavonski Brod) with paths and public lighting, is located within the unexplored archaeological area of ​​Slavonski Brod.

FOOTBALL FIELD ON ARTIFICIAL GRASS, GRAFIČAR, OSIJEK

The subject of the Main Project is the reconstruction of a sports field for sports and recreational purposes (large football field - auxiliary field) located within the Grafičar sports center, Poljski put 3 in Osijek.

The current situation on the subject building plot is that there are two large football pitches on natural grass (main and auxiliary) and a small football pitch on artificial grass, for the needs of sports education (football school), in accordance with the Investor's request, it is necessary to reconstruct the pitch in all layers on the southern side of the building plot in place of the large football pitch (auxiliary) on natural grass, and with a final layer of artificial grass, and to align it with the dimensions and protective zones in accordance with the rules of the Croatian Football Federation and UEFA and to install protective nets behind the goals (east and west). The existing protective net behind the goals is being removed.
To the north are the main large football pitch and a small football pitch that are not the subject of this project, as well as other buildings.
It is necessary to reconstruct a sports pitch - a large football pitch - auxiliary on artificial grass with protective nets that will be located within the Grafičar Sports Centre in the southern part of cadastral plot no. 3292/1 cadastral plot no. Osijek in Osijek, Poljski put 3.
The reconstruction is being carried out in all layers, with storm drainage, and a final layer of artificial grass. On the east and west sides behind the goals of the large football field, a 7.76 m high protective net is being installed, the existing one is being removed. On the south side, next to the field itself, in the entire zone up to the border of the construction plot in question, artificial grass will be installed to provide space for two houses for reserve players and one for the delegate.
The large football field is being built on artificial grass measuring 68 m x 105 m with a 5 m protective belt (artificial grass) behind the goals and on the side of the field.
The playground will be bordered by an 8 cm wide concrete curb, along which a green area will be arranged (north, east and west) to blend in with the surrounding terrain, and on the south side, artificial grass will be laid along the entire length of the playground to the very border of the building plot to install houses for reserve players (2 pcs) and delegates (1 pc).
Houses for reserve players (2 pcs) and delegates (1 pc) will be placed next to the large football field on the south side.
A layer of humus 20 cm thick must be removed from the entire surface of the large football field.
Excavate, concretize and install steel supports for the protective net on the east and west sides of the large football field behind the goals, 7.76 m high.
Then excavate to the level of the subgrade, rolling and arranging the subgrade itself.
Excavate drainage trenches in the north-south direction as primary drainage at every 6.0 m distance at a slope of 0.3% towards the north and the main drainage drain.
After arranging the trenches and bedding, it is necessary to place geotextile type 300 g/m2 on the entire surface and trenches, after installing drainage  100 in the trenches, in the fall towards the north side, install stone fraction 8/63.5 mm up to the height of the bedding.
After installing the drainage, fill the layers with a rammer in layers of 20 cm in 32/64 mm granulation, mm by static rolling, compaction and leveling, 10 cm in 16/32 mm granulation by static rolling, compaction and leveling, and then a 5 cm layer of 0/16 mm granulation by static rolling, compaction and leveling.
After compaction and installation, perform leveling with a laser-guided grader. The maximum deviation from the exact designed height is 6 mm, measured with an aluminum batten with a minimum length of 4 m. Rolling the substrate is allowed only with a roller, without vibration. During rolling, it is necessary to moisten the crushed material to obtain the required compaction of the substrate.
After leveling with a laser-guided grader, a final layer of artificial grass 5.5 cm high is laid with a fill of silicate sand and SBR granules, all according to the instructions of the supplier of the final layer (synthetic grass).
A layer of hydroclassified, washed and dried silicate sand with a granulation of 0.5-1.0 mm, 32 kg/m2 must then be installed in the installed artificial grass (the exact weight is defined by the artificial grass manufacturer in the technical sheet).
After the silica sand is installed, SBR rubber granulate is installed in a granulation of 0.5-2.0 mm, all in accordance with the instructions of the artificial grass supplier of 8 kg/m2 (the exact weight is defined by the artificial grass manufacturer in the technical sheet).
Two fixed aluminum football goals 732 x 244 cm, made of aluminum oval profiles measuring 120 x 100 mm, with a 5.5 mm net, are installed on the large football field, all in accordance with HNS and UEFA standards and the EN 748 norm.
The large football field is marked with white lines made of artificial grass in accordance with HNS and UEFA rules, and corner flags.
The protective net behind the goals covers the side of the field behind the goal 60 m on the east side and 60 m on the west side. The net is made of rope.
The stormwater drainage of the reconstructed playground is solved by percolating through the artificial grass into the lower layers, and by drainage pipes and drain pipes through inspection chambers into retention (15 min retention) and by discharge  160 into the final recipient, a mixed sewerage system on a public area (cadastral plot no. 4335 cadastral plot Osijek) north of the Grafičar Sports Center.
