The construction of a sports playground with a skate park intended for public use is planned, consisting of ramps and a driving surface that connects the ramps. The skate park has an irregular shape with an area of ​​approx. 380 m2. It is necessary to build the ramps and the driving surface that connects them. The ramps and driving surface are made of concrete on a buffer base. The skate park is planned as an upgrade of the existing skate park with the possibility of adding new functional units in the future.

Skate and BMX park Vukovar

The subject of the Main Project is the CONSTRUCTION OF A CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND WITH A BMX PARK in Vukovar, Olajnica, at c. no. 1705/16 k.o. Vukovar, and everything in accordance with the Investor's request and project assignment. In the zone of inclusion there is a constructed skate park, a public road and a sidewalk, and green areas. The construction of a children's playground with a BMX park is planned for public use and the needs of future preschool use.

The intervention in the space consists of:
- construction of a children's playground with a BMX park for pre-school purposes and public use. The BMX park consists of ramps and a driving surface that connects the ramps. The BMX park has an irregular shape with an area of ​​approx. 420 m2, with a built-in skate park on the southeast side. It is necessary to build the ramps and the driving surface that connects them. The ramps and driving surface are made of concrete on a buffer base. Vehicular access is possible from the north side, while pedestrian access is possible from the south side.
- the green area within the project is leveled so that it blends in with the surrounding terrain (footpaths, parking lots, surrounding green area) and the BMX park. After the completion of the works, it is necessary to arrange the green area.
The level of the BMX park is adapted to the existing terrain (constructed skate park), the buildings next to them as well as the surrounding building blocks.
The slopes of the driving surfaces (longitudinal and transverse) are set in such a way that the outflow of precipitation water towards the recipient (surrounding green belt) is enabled. Elements of staking can be found in the attachments of the project.
Drainage from the BMX park is to the surrounding green area within the building plot in question - clean rainwater.

Skatepark Zaprešić - bowl/pool

Construction of a sports playground - skate park, Kolodvorska street in Zaprešić, at c. no. 1464/7 k.o. Zapresic.
The scope of the project in the area is approx. 1154 m2, divided into two independent functional units: 1. independent functional unit in the east of the project, and 2. independent functional unit in the west of the project.

A sports field with a skate park for public use consisting of ramps and a driving surface connecting the ramps. The skate park has an irregular shape with an area of ​​approx. 520 m2, of which approx. 156 m2 in the 1st independent functional unit and approx. 364 m2 in the 2nd independent functional unit. It is necessary to build the ramps and the driving surface that connects them. The ramps and driving surface are made of concrete on a buffer base. Vehicular and pedestrian access is possible from the eastern side of Kolodvorska street, and the northern and southern roads that delimit the project in question.

Skatepark Fažana version 1

Construction of a sports playground - skate park on Puljska cesta, at ID no. 780/211 K.O. Fažana, which is intended for public use with stands (with auxiliary and accompanying facilities) and traffic areas (vehicle access, parking lot and pedestrian areas).

Sports playground - a skate park consisting of ramps and a driving surface that connects the ramps. The skate park has an irregular shape with an area of ​​approx. 1250 m2. It is necessary to build the ramps and the driving surface that connects them. The ramps and driving surface are made of concrete on a buffer base. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the skate park is possible from the north side from Ulica brače Ilić - via Fratelli Ilić, or from the south side via Pula road - Via Pola.

Auditoriums - tribunes - reinforced concrete construction, dimensions 25.04 x 8.40 m, on the northern side of the skate park. Below the auditorium are the auxiliary and supporting facilities of the skate park, namely:
- toilet group consisting of men's and women's toilets and an accessible toilet for people with disabilities and reduced mobility,
- auxiliary space as two separate rooms (pantry, storeroom).
The total usable area of ​​supporting and auxiliary facilities is 87.75 m2.

Parking lot - consists of surfaces for vertical parking of passenger cars with an asphalted width of 2.50 m and a length of 5.00 m. 15 vertical parking spaces for passenger cars are planned, of which 1 is for people with disabilities and reduced mobility (1.50 +2.50 x 5.0m). Access to the parking lot is possible from the north side directly from the road (Ulica braće Ilić) and from the south side of the skate park from the newly designed driveway that connects to the existing road (Puljska cesta).

Skatepark Vodice

Construction of a sports playground - a skate park intended for public use for sports and recreational purposes.

The project in the area is the CONSTRUCTION OF A SPORTS PLAYGROUND - SKATE PARK in Vodice, at ID no. 6400/27 k.o. Vodice.

The sports playground skate park is built in two independent functional units, as shown in the graphic section, so that a use permit can be obtained for each individual functional unit.

The extent of the intervention in the space for independent functional unit 1 is 987 m2, and for independent functional unit 2 it is 999 m2.


The scope of the space consists of a sports playground with a skate park for the necessary public uses - construction, which consists of ramps and a driving surface that connects the ramps. The skate park in the first independent functional unit is irregularly shaped with an area of ​​498 m2 and the skate park in the second independent functional unit is irregularly shaped with an area of ​​429 m2. It is necessary to build the ramps and the driving surface that connects them. The ramps and driving surface are made of concrete on a buffer base.
Before starting the work, it is necessary to remove the humus on the entire project in a thickness of 20 cm. After removal, it is necessary to make an additional excavation for the bedding with rolling and leveling of it.
If the foundation soil is not sufficiently compacted (20 MN/m2), it is necessary to install geotextile type 300g/m2.
A 25 cm buffer layer is installed on the arranged bed. After the built-in buffer layer, concrete ramps C35/45, 0/8 mm, min. 20 cm, reinforced min. with reinforcement RA 6 and 8 mm and reinforcement nets Q188, and driving surfaces made of concrete C30/37, 0/16 mm, 15 cm thick, reinforced min. with reinforcement RA 6 and 8 mm and reinforcement nets Q188.

A pedestrian path around the skate park, and within the scope of the intervention - construction. The pedestrian path is being built to connect the newly designed ramps and driving surfaces with the future and constructed paths outside the scope of the intervention, that is, to enable access for park users. The layers of the footpath are concrete pavers with a thickness of 6 cm on a buffer layer made of 4/8 concrete with a thickness of 5 cm and an additional buffer 0/31.5 with a thickness of 25 cm on a prepared bed. An 8/20 cm concrete curb is placed along the edges towards the green area.

The green area within the project is leveled so that it blends in with the surrounding terrain (footpaths, surrounding green area). After the completion of the works, it is necessary to arrange the green area.

Skate park Fažana version 2

Construction of a sports playground - skate park and pump track, at ID no. 780/211 hp. Fažana with additional facilities (parking lot for cars, a.b. vertical walls for protection against noise which are partly used as a climbing wall and pedestrian access areas, and arrangement of green areas).

Access to the skate park itself is overlooked from the east and west via newly designed footpaths that connect the north and south roads.

Skate park - in the central part of the subject building plot, it is necessary to build a concrete skate park that is built directly on the construction site in an area of ​​803 m2, consisting of a driving area of ​​390 m2 that connects nine ramps arranged along the edge and inside the driving area itself.
The nine ramps are: china wall, quarterpipe section, vert quarterpipe, small speedbump, hip curb cut section, wave speed bump, speed bump, street curb cut with vulcano and big quarter pipe hip section.
The ramps will enable the use of various age groups and skateboarding skills, since the ramps are designed from the lowest with a height of 35 cm in relation to the driving surface to a maximum ramp height of 220 cm from the driving surface itself.

Pump track - in the southern part, a circular polygon pump track with a length of 77 m and a driving area of ​​162 m2 is being built. The width of the driving surface is 2.00 m from the stone layer of washed and dried stone.

Parking lot - on the northern part of the building plot in question, the construction of nine vertical parking spaces for cars is planned, one of which is intended for people with disabilities and reduced mobility. The parking lot is being built for the needs of the users of the sports fields themselves. In order to enable vertical parking, it is necessary to widen the existing road to a width of 5.50 m. The final treatment of the extension and parking spaces is asphalt.
In the northern part, in order to reduce the noise from the users of the sports fields between the skate park and the parking lot, the construction of reinforced concrete vertical walls in six segments, each 4 m long, is planned. All walls are 2.5 m high. Climbing grips will be placed on the 3 walls to the south so that different age groups can practice vertical climbing. Under the vertical walls in the fall zone, a synthetic anti-stress mat made of rubber granulate (EPDM) connected with a semi-retan adhesive will be placed to prevent injury from falls in the protective zone.
On the eastern and western parts, as a link between all the elements within the subject building plot, it is necessary to build pedestrian paths with a width of 1.50 m with an asphalt finish.

PUMP TRACK SLAVONSKI BROD

The subject of the main project is the construction of a sports field - pump track and cycling training ground in Splavarska Street, Slavonski Brod, at ID no. 4851/2 k.o. Slavonski Brod.

The extent of the intervention in the area for the independent functional unit 1. pump track is approx. 1285 m2, and for the independent functional unit 2. the cycling range is approx. 405 m2.
A circular pump track with a length of 187 m is planned to the northwest of the constructed skate park. The width of the driving surface is 2.00 m with a stone layer finish, a polyurethane binder with a thickness of 3.5 cm.
To the north of the pump track, next to the skate park, there is a 50m circular cycling range for younger children and beginners. The width of the driving surface is 2.00m with a finish of a stone layer, SBR granules connected by a 4cm thick polyurethane binder.
The level, longitudinal and transverse slopes of the newly designed surfaces are adapted to the constructed buildings (pedestrian path on the west side) next to which they are being built and to the surrounding terrain, all in order to minimize the necessary work on excavations and embankments.
In case of low rainfall, storm drainage is solved by percolation through the foundation into the lower layers, given that the water-permeable linings, and drainage pipes and drainage pipes over inspection manholes (culverts - concrete pipes FI400 filled with stone fraction 8/63 mm) and with discharge to the green area) are within the subject area. particles.

SKATE PARK KOPRIVNICA

The subject of the Main Project is the CONSTRUCTION OF A SPORTS PLAYGROUND - SKATE PARK in Novska, Radnička Street 3, ID no. 1005/1 k.o. Novska

The intervention in the space consists of:

- skate park - construction. On the southern part of the building plot in question, it is necessary to build a concrete skate park, which is built directly on the construction site in a total area of ​​585 m2. The project envisages the construction of a skate park in 2 independent functional units.

1. Independent functional unit with an area of ​​approx. 347m2

It is planned to build a flat driving surface with a 2.0% drop, along with which 5 ramps will be installed: corner hip section 1, corner hip section 2, hip vulcano, manny spine and china wall with curb.

2. Independent functional unit with an area of ​​approx. 238 m2

The construction of a flat driving surface with a fall of 2.0% is foreseen, which follows the fall of the 1st independent functional unit, next to which 4 ramps will be installed: bank corner, china hop, curb cut with rail and quartet hip.

After removing the humus and excavating the soil, min. 25 cm buffer layer 0/30 granulation. After the built-in buffer layer, concrete ramps C35/45, 0/8 mm, min. 20 cm, reinforced min. with reinforcement RA 6 and 8 mm and reinforcement nets Q188, and driving surfaces made of concrete C30/37, 0/16 mm, 15 cm thick, reinforced min. with reinforcement RA 6 and 8 mm and reinforcement nets Q188
The concreting itself, after the installed reinforcement and steel pipes as the edges of the ramps and elements inside the park, is performed in four working stages of concrete processing.
1ST PHASE - Extraction of concrete in given radii and areas.
2ND PHASE - Treatment of concrete with curved epoxy resin trowels in given radii in two transitions. The quality of the first transition is confirmed by the supervising engineer and after that he gives permission to perform the second transition.
3rd PHASE - Treatment of concrete using the "bull trowel" technique, i.e. with magnesium trowels. The minimum dimensions of the trowel are 30x90 cm in order to reduce the number of necessary transitions.
4TH PHASE - Treatment of concrete with special rounded trowels with a minimum of 4 passes. It is not allowed to use additives and accessories to achieve the required quality of finishing, as well as to achieve the required quality with coatings on the finished surface.
After the execution of Phase 4 of the finishing concrete treatment, the surface must have a smoothness of class CSC4 in accordance with the standard ACI (American Concrete Institute) 347.3R-13 (January 2014 edition or newer) or equivalent.
Access to the skate park itself is overlooked from the south side via a newly designed footpath that connects the handball court.
