Shooting Ranges

Designing a shooting range is not just about positioning targets and a firing line, but the art of creating a safe space in harmony with its surroundings. The key to a successful design lies in correctly sizing the protective earth berms and bullet traps that keep projectiles within the range's boundaries.

Compacted earth and sand, for their impact-absorbing properties, are the most common choice for berms, while concrete, wood or steel are used for firing lines and auxiliary structures.

Safety is non-negotiable — every element must fully eliminate risk to users and nearby residents, with permanently secured drainage and berm stability. The range must also meet all legal and professional standards.
