The subject of the Conceptual Decision is the construction of a kindergarten in Kutjevo with four units for children's stay on part of c.code no. 1563 hp Kutjevo has an area of ​​about 3,490 m2

Option 1:
- two units for children of nursery age (six to 36 months of age),
- two units for children of kindergarten age (from three to seven years of age).

Option 2:
- one unit for children of nursery age
- three units for children of kindergarten age.

The rooms for children are planned to be around 62 m2. In addition to living room rooms with wardrobes and toilets, there are also rooms for a multi-purpose hall, areas for educational, health and other workers, a kitchen with a storage room and a wardrobe, as well as communications and toilets for visitors.
The outdoor spaces consist of landscaped green areas with playgrounds for children of nursery age and kindergarten age.

Business Incubator Kutjevo

Construction of the Business Incubator and Accelerator building in Kutjevo, Požeška street
4, it is planned on the building plot consisting of kč. no. 2219/65 with an area of ​​6,801 m2.

The building plot has the possibility of access from three sides, namely:
- from the (southern) corridor of Požeška Street, ID no. 2219/52,
- to dead-end street corridors with service access roads along its eastern and western side between (code number 2219/58 and 2219/55), which enables its rational use and the possibility of building the second stage.
Building plot k.no. no. 2219/65 in the north borders with k.č. no. 2219/70 and 2219/79.
Pedestrian access is planned for the Entrepreneurial Incubator and Accelerator building from the (southern) corridor of Požeška Street, ID no. 2219/52, while road service access and fire brigade access are planned from the road of the western service corridor (street branch), or code no. 2219/55.

The free-standing building of the Business Incubator and Accelerator is located in the western part of the plot as follows:
- the eastern facade of the building is adjacent to the axis of the building plot, which is drawn from the center of the southern border on the regulatory line of Požeška Street, and is parallel to the western side border, and - the building is offset 5 ,00 m from the regulatory direction of Požeška Street.

The Business Incubator and Accelerator building consists of:
- a one-story street wing intended for the offices of the Entrepreneurial Incubator and the business activities of those activities that are carried out in the office premises
- ground floor courtyard wing intended for production activities.

The assumed maximum number of employees is: 30 employees in the street and 10
employees in the courtyard wing of the building, i.e. a total of 40 employees.
