Variant "1" consists of:
- linear section of the southern side of the overpass-overpass with an absolute elevation of 97.80 m.a.s.l. up to an altitude of 104.30 m.a.s.l.
- horizontal span construction over the railroad tracks in a length of about 22.00 m, at an altitude of 104.30 m.a.s.l.
- the northern section of the two-story radian rising building with an outer diameter of 20 m, from an absolute elevation of 95.30 m.a.s.l. (in the graphic display relative elevation 10.00) to elevation 104.30 m.a.s.l.

The southern section of the Variante "1" bridge is 161.26 m long and has a height difference of 6.45 m. The pavement is built on pillars.
At the same time or in the second stage of implementation, the construction of vertical communications, elevators and staircases is planned. They are shown schematically in the conceptual solution as the volume of the roller. The elevator is in its axis, and a staircase is inscribed along the outer surfaces of the roller. The building of vertical communications is located in the traffic corridor of the railway, i.e. at c. no. 5020 hp Slavonski Brod, because there are no other location possibilities.
The second part of the section of the access path to the elevator and staircase is located under the bicycle overpass and the pedestrian overpass, which also implies appropriate structural solutions that will enable the assumed corridor. It is necessary to perform the vertical construction as columns between which the path will pass.
The geometric solution of the northern section of the Variant "1" bridge is like an Archimedean screw with a length of 238.10 m and a height difference of 9 m. There is a bicycle path in the outer belt, and a pedestrian path in the inner belt. The inner radius of the bike path is 17.5 m.
In this variant, a two-way connection of the bicycle and pedestrian path to Željeznička Street is possible.
Considering the slight longitudinal slope of the footpath (3.78%), it is assumed that it is not necessary to implement other elements of accessibility for people with disabilities. However, in the second stage, it is possible to implement an elevator or an elevator with a staircase (six legs with 10 steps of 15 cm height). In this variant, the elevator (with a staircase) is located in the axis of the roller, or is moved closer to touch the inner edge of the pedestrian path at the beginning of its horizontal plane.
The elegant and slender details of the consoles of the horizontal road structure and columns, the textures and shades of the coverings, the structure of the fences, etc., represent the source of possible design and design challenges for this building.
The volume of the elevator with the staircase complements the geometry of the overpass and eaves. The schematic floor plan of the staircase is inscribed in a circle, and there is an elevator in the axis of the roller. Therefore, the roller of vertical communications is covered by a dome or a cascading structure of circular rings.
